This seems like it would be a good place to stay and meet lots of young people. I ended up in Salamanca during Semana Santa (which was great - saw lots of processions), but this of course meant that all of the students that normally live in this accommodation had gone home. Still had a good time there with the few other travellers that were there, and it has a nice location and good staff. Fairly basic, with small lockers (just valuables, not room for bags), but it was fine.

Fantastic hostel, the staff were very accommodating and the rooms and facilities were excellent. I will most likely be staying here again and would recommend to any and all.

We had a good experience staying here. The place was a little hard to find, so keep your eyes peeled for a little white sign on the building. After signing in, you get taken to a different location where you actually stay. It was a very nice building, clean facilities, and had great location. It was very quiet. No sheets or towels were provided, though, and there was no soap and limited toilet paper, so be prepared.

Location was nice, but it's more dorm than a hostel. Kichen had a mickrowave but not a stove or a cettle. The lady at the desk was friendly but smoked so the kichen area smelled of smoke. Bathrooms were a bit dirty. It was an ok stay for a couple of nights, but not so comfortable for a longer time or meeting people

cool place to meet other backpackers as well as the students studying at the city who stay in the hostal

Not really a hostel. It's a student house with some rooms in it with bunkbeds

I was not happy about the breakfast. I know it is only 2 euros but there was only toast and nothing to put on your toast. Couldn´t find tea or anything, it was just very poor. Room was good.

The staff were very helpful. However, there were only 4 lockers in a 6 person dorm room; I got one, but even then, the lock (provided by the hostel) wasn't secure. In addition, I was in a six person dorm room, with 3 bunk beds. However, for all 3 top bunks, there was no ladder to get up or down. There was one step stool in the room, but how can 3 strangers share one step stool, when everyone goes to bed and wakes up at different times? It was very dangerous getting out of bed in the morning!
