Stayed here 2 nights. When we arrived, we were confused, no one was there to meet us. We called&emailed, but no response. About 30mins later, guy showed up. He was very friendly&helpful, however our room wasn't ready. Pros: Location is GREAT--5 mins walking to Colosseum, breakfast was croissant&coffee/juice at cafe nearby. Room was big. Cons: Bed was uncomfortable, room was VERY loud at night, no towels, even though "included," only one toilet/shower. Kitchen available, didn't use. Not the best.

I think overall the hostel was quite good. The personal was friendly. But I missed that we did not get new towels - they should have changed the towels every two days/should have offered new ones. The blanket from the bed was not good - I am not sure whether it was clean either. We had only 1 large blanket. I think it would be better to have two separate blankets which can be put into a coat entirely - I believe this is more hygienic. Everything else was perfect. Thanks for the nice stay.

The owner was very late to our appointment (also it's not clear where the flat is in the building), but his daughter Alessandra came instead and was very nice and even took the time to explain how to go to some places on the map. The place is clean, new and has a big kitchen. The neighborhood is great, and the bar where we had tickets to have breakfast (coffee and croissant) was perfect. We had a really good time there and would go there again !

First night no towel. No receipt. It was really good. Alessandra take us from station and show touristic places on the map. Always lock your room door!!! Someone can enter the room. Breakfast was good

Greate place! A big and warm room, good bathrooms (even the shared ones), big kitchen... Everything very clean and nice! The owner, Marco, is very nice and helpful... When you check in he tells everything you need to know about the city. The breakfest is great, in a bar next to the hostel... Coffee and the italian croissants, delicious!!! The location is also great, next to the termini station, good restaurants and not so far for the touristic places, like colosseum! I really recommend! :)

Very happy with our stay, Marco was great, very friendly and helpful with showing us all the sights on the map. Room was a good size and bed was comfortable - nice firm mattress. Kitchen was big with plenty of pots and pans to cook with. Location was very good, 10 minute walk to Termini station and 5 minute walk around the corner to the metro. The street is also served by bus lines although we did not use them. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Thank you!!

10min walk to Termini station, many restaurants around, on a relatively big street and very friendly and helpful staff. I'd recommend if you don't care sharing the bathroom and shower with up to 8 people. It was a bit difficult to find the guesthouse because it just says flat 7 with no name but you can contact the staff at any time.
