This recently renewed B&B is located on via Merulana, about a 5-minute walk from Termini station in the direction of the Colosseum. It's near Piazza Vittorio subway station which makes getting to the Vatican and the Spanish Steps easy. You can also walk into the fashionable neighborhood of Monti in about 10 minutes, or through the Colle Oppio park built out of the remains of Trajan's bath house and overlooking the Colosseum. There's also a few gems in the neighborhood like Panella bakery for your sweet tooth and coffee fix, or Roscioli, an amazing bakery with pizza by the slice.

The guesthouse is comprised of 4 guestrooms, all with private, ensuite bathrooms. There's also a communal kitchen for all guests. It's all new and in good shape. All rooms face the inner courtyard and have double paned windows so it's very quiet. The rooms are basic, but ultra clean. For the price, it's a great deal in a very central area -- and use of the kitchen also offers a great way to save on some food costs

The position is perfect on via Merulana 48: 5 minutes from Colosseum, Fori Imperiali and Termini station too! Brancaccio theatre, National Oriental Art Museum, Supermakets, Apple store and bakeries all close few metres!! ... What else... take with you just a little bit of curiosity and Rome will do the rest!
