Very well located, 5 minutes walking from Copacabana beach. Familiar neighborhood, not touristic. Very friendly staff, very clean and good facilities. We would just recommend the owner to change the vintage electric cooker!

The attention was so good!!! We'll surely come back!! Don't think it twice, it's an exceptional location with anything you might need plus Copacabana beach two blocks away. Lovely. It was hard to come back home!

Staying at Ron Rio apartments was a joy. When staying in Rio, many worry about location and security and fortunately for us we had no concerns about either. Copa' beach is 2 minutes walk away, shops and restaurants are directly outside. This is a clean and well equipped apartment that will make life easy when staying in Rio. We went on the all day sight seeing tour Ron recommended and it allowed us to see all the key sights within a day which was perfect if you are tight for time. Great stay!

Ron is very helpful man and the flat is very nearar to Copacabana and one bus to touristic places. Bus station and metros are also very close. I think if there is a kettle it will be perfect.

The flats are within walking distance from the beach, metro station, restaurants etc. Ron gave us loads of info about where to and where not to go, I found that very useful. The flat is simple and clean, with one room and a kitchen plus bathroom, but we needed just that. It's a perfect alternative for a hostel if you prefer privacy and some quiet days.

The apartment was by far the best value compared to any other hotels/hostels/etc. Ron was a great host, which made it very easy to get around the city. The apartment was clean, close to everything and very safe. I will definitely be back to stay in this apartment.

This place is in a fantastic location in Rio, right between Copacabana and Ipanema, very easy to get to sights from, and is great value for money. Ron helped us alot in planning our time in Rio, providing maps and information, and booking a tour for us. Would definitely recommend.

Ronny is the a great bloke that goes the extra step to make your stay better. We stayed there for carnival Ron give us detailed map and info for all the good block party's!!

Ron, the owner is an awesome guy. Since the contact by e-mail he seemed very helpful; answered my questions very quickly and gave all the information needed before we got there. We were really well welcomed to the place; he gave us good tips of were to go and what to do. The apartment is simple, but clean and nice. The location is good, just a bit noisy; but I guess the entire city is noisy. We highly recommend the hostel.

Really nice rooms, for those who want to have some privacy during the stay in Rio. Ron himself is friendly and helpful, and seems genuinly intrested that his guest are okay. The rooms are clean and have all the necessities. We have no complaints for our five night stay.

The best stay we had in Rio. Ron was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was very clean and comfortable with aircon and TV. It has a kitchen which is great if you want to buy food from the supermarket. Very close to the beach and shops.

We got really lucky finding this hostel. The location couldn't be better particularly when you compare it to the prices of the nearby hotels. The owner Ron was very helpful with his recommendations and was always very responsive. The bathroom was very clean as well. I would definitely recommend this hostel.

Location of the apartment is great, very safe, clean and comfortable. The people living in the building were very friendly. Made even better by Ron who is super helpful and made an effort to give us any advice we needed for the city including activities, nightlife, and transport. If I visit Rio again I know where I'm staying.

definetly the best budget place to stay in rio. it is in the center of arpoador, 5 mins to copacabana, 5 mins to ipanema. and the owner, ron s the man... he helped us a lot. he came with a map showing the turistical and non-turistical attractions, restos etc. thanks ron...
