Very good hotel and really well located (just few steps to the Bayswater underground). It is really cheap but includes breakfast and Wi-fi.

It's quite good. The location is fantastic. The staff is courteous, polite and helpful. And the rates are cheap.I would like if they could provide guests with a thicker duvet in this winter season.Apart from that the room is quite good. It's neither too big not too small, just ok for one person. The bathroom is clean and well lited. The stairway is a bit narrow.I enjoyed my short stay there and would recommend it to everyone.

The breakfast was unexpectadly good. The room was too small as the toilet. The TV in the room was broken and there was a cockroach in the shower. Would hesitate to stay here again.

The only good thing about this hotel is the position; queensway is a nice area and close to the centre, Although, the staff was not helpful, there's very a rude young man at the reception in the evening, the lady in charge for breakfast doesn't speak a word of English and the atmosphere is all together not very pleasant. Rooms are microscopic, you can barely move and the we even found a suspicious brown stain on our blanket! Wouldn't recommend to anyone, unless for the location.
