The room was extremely tiny but clean. The windows are not double panned and the street is pretty busy, so it can be annoying at night and early morning. The breakfast is rudimentary, no full breakfast. Staff is polite but not engaging. The mattress of the bed was extremely uncomfortable. The cheapest youth hostels in Thailand did all better, sorry. The springs were so loose that each morning was painful. Maybe we were unlucky? Next time in London we'll go to an other hotel for certain.
