We had a lovely stay. The hosts were very kind and helpful. The location was not too far from the center of town, and the accommodations were clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this ryokan.

BEST RYOKAN I have been in Japan so far! Very kind, funny and lovely family, rooms are really great, clean, even possible to get bikes to get to the city. My strongest recommendation. (Not to forget, that it was my favorite out of my 3 visits to Japan!) @Ryokan Seifu-so: Hope to see you guys again! Best greetings from Hamburg, Germany!どうもありがとう

A great place located in the city of Matsumoto. They picked us up and dropped us off at the train station. The bath was nice, free bicycles were great and we loved the tea ceremony and yukatas. All in all one of the best places we've stayed at, highy recommended!

This Ryokan was the best place I have ever stayed. I expected the location to be a problem, but the bikes and the bus made it perfect. The owner was so nice and helpful. All the extra services - breakfast, tea ceremony, etc. - were amazing. It was an excellent deal for the price.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay - beautiful Ryokan with friendly and helpful owners. Our room was more like a suite, free bike hire was a bonus but most of all, attending at the tea ceremony was the highlight of our stay - an absolute MUST!!!
