About a half hour walk to the Castle or a short bus trip. Loverly place with clean rooms and facilities. A nice little onsen and shower room. Nice breakfast.

This was a wonderful friendly guest house. The owners went out of the way to offer advise and information on local activities as well as ensure we had everything we needed. Being vegetarian they accepted our dietary requirements and were supportive in making sure we had a great breakfast. The owners daughter spoke excellent English and assisted in writing things down for us in Japanese. A local restaurant that was Nepalese/Indian was also fantastic highly recommended.

A very warm and clean ryokan. The staff were very helpful, even going so far as to pick up and drop you off at the train station. The accommodation was fairly basic and I thought lacking in character a little but ryokans are generally pretty basic. Facilities were good and they offered a discounted ticket to the castle and museum. The location is not so good, you can't really walk anywhere easily which makes going anywhere at night very hard. The western style breakfast they offer was terrible.

Nice place with wonderful and friendly staff. They are very warm and welcoming people and will even take you to the city with their car. Thank you for the nice stay, the bath is superb! Only the location is not good, it is quite a walk in the opposite direction from city center.
