nice hostel, well located, good local info, nice free hot spring bath :)

Fantastic hostel. We stayed here for 4 days. Loved every bit of it. Great facilities. Kenta, the receptionist was very helpful and nice. The hot spring (onsen) in the hostel is relaxing and very clean.

Great place to stay with the Spa inside and very efficient, patient and friendly staff. The hostel is very well organized with lot of information that will address you easily to any onsen or activities nearby you wish to join. Highly recommended!

Good location, friendly staff, big rooms.

Really fun and comforting to stay there. Big rooms and even a hotspring itself in the hostel! Would recommend to my friends :)

This is a cozy hostel with a free onsen right inside the building. The staff, and particularly Kenta, was very friendly and helpful. There are tons of brochures and information in the lobby on tourist attractions and onsens in the area, as well as computers for free use. It's not too far from Beppu station and there are tons of onsens in the surrounding neighbourhood, as well as bus stops and the Asahi Beppu tower is only a minute's walk away. Highly recommended.

Very nice place, I really enjoyed my stay.

The hostel was rather average and as you can imagine the spa advertised (one bath really) was nothing great compared to all onsen facilities available in this area. However, I must the staff was particularly nice and helpful. Overall an ok stay!

Nice cheap place in Beppu, recommended!

Hostel is a lot older than others and is slightly run down in parts... We stayed in a private room with an ensuite. The ensuite water was luke warm.. and on the third day we had no water at all. When I aksed the receptionist, he said that sometimes happens... and would we mind using the communal spa instead? This is not really good enough when we were paying extra for an ensuite. Also the Hostel suggests taking the EAST course at Mt. Yufu, as its easier. This is far from the truth.

The shower on the second floor didn't have any pressure or hot water. It was impossible to use it. They should explain how to make the onsen bath warmer. When I arrived, it was only lukewarm and I couldn't figure out the proper way to make it warmer until I saw one of the staff do it.

I would highly recommend this hostel!! The staff were very helpful, especially when I lost my mobile phone and managed to locate it for me. The hostel is very clean and only a short walk from the JR station. Overall a very good experience and if I ever go back to Beppu I will be booking this hostel again!

only spent the night here though wish it was longer. Beppu is very cool and i would say def worth a visit, and the hostel is equally as nice. dorm was large, it was spotless, staff were awesome and had plenty of suggestions and help sheets on what to do, it has two common rooms, a well equipped kitchen and large tv. didn't use the spa but it looked good. also free bike rental.

Even though I arrived later than anticipated, the staff left me a note at the door, how to get it. I am very grateful. Even though a bit farther from the station, it's within walking distance.

steps are very kind and clean room^^ spa is good. they give a free drink ticket Khaosan bar ->is fun place. I recomand that place^^

This hostel was wonderful!!! Stuff is very helpful, the bar is great with cute bartender and very cheap prices! Probably the best hostel I ever stayed. They also have their own ONSEN (spa) that you can enjoy all day long for free! I was really happy to see At the reception flags with all the countries the guests came from, and they made one especially for me, because I was the first person from my country to visit this Khaosan hostel! Just great experience!

Hostel with friendly staff and they have their own SPA! I recommend their bar, with a cute bartender and cheap great drinks! Rooms are big and spacious, you have your own locker.

This hostel had immaculate facilities and extremely friendly staff! I was given plenty of information and suggestions on what to do in Beppu, and had an amazing time because of it. The hostel has a free onsen inside of it, which made for an excellent bath late at night, or in the morning. Great location, with their own bar just down the road! Highly recommended!!

everything is very good, also facilities of bicycle..but no chance to use it I like this idea
