While one of the cheaper alternatives Vancouver has to offer and mostly friendly staff and lots of activities I would try an alternative next time. While very jetlagged I was 5 minutes late for the breakfast and one of the staff refused to let me have a single piece of toast! It was still unpacked and just behind the counter but the reason I was told was that "if we did it for one person we would have to do it for everyone". Isn't this the Hospitality business? That was ridiculous.
