They offer an area to store your luggage if you arrive before check-in time - very handy. Location is excellent if arriving by train.

All of the other hostels on our trip blew us away, so we were a little disenchanted by how average this hostel was. There wasn\'t anything wrong with the hostel - it met our expectations - but it definitely felt like an older building, sufficiently clean, with adequate accommodations for a couple nights. For the price, and being on the Venice island, it is a good deal, but there wasn\'t anything extraordinary about it.

Great location. 5 min walk to the water bus, 10 min walk to the train station. Very friendly staff who spoke good English. Wall were a little thin, we could hear pretty much any little noise, but a problem that is easily solved with ear plugs. We stayed for 2 nights and were not expecting to have our room cleaned in between nights, however, they were. A pleasant surprise.

Avoid this place! On our second night we awoke at 1am to hear banging and screaming from the floor above. My friend and I went out to see what was going on and the receptionist was being aggressive towards a couple in the room above us, trying to kick them out. I will not go into details but he was rude, ignorant, immoral and in the wrong. We left the next morning, they refused a refund for that night saying the problem was not in our room so what did it matter and didn't even apologise. Avoid!

Great location. Right by train terminal. About 25-30 min walk to st Marco plaza. But I'm assuming like most hostel stayers. Leaving your bags behind near the train with out dragging it thought the bridges and cobble stones is price less. Great hostel.

Clean and well located hostel with very friendly staff. You can leave your bags if you arrive before the check-in time and start enjoying the city. In general we really enjoyed our stay there and the only minus was the price but Venice in general seem to be very expensive.

The hostel is right off one of the "tourist streets" less than a 10 minute walk from the train station. The room was very cute with all matching furniture, and the private double room we stayed in even had a balcony overlooking the square. Good accessibility to Venice and near lots of cafes and restaurants. Comfortable and clean.

Very good location. Rooms and bathrooms are very clean. Friendly staff. A little too noisy, though.

All Staffs were friendly, we could borrow a hair dryer with 20 euro deposit, our room was clean and cute. That was pretty good staying here. I have no complaint at all.

The room was very basic, but I didn't expect more. The only thing it will be nice to have a small kettle in the room, especially the time we went it was cold, and is nice to have a cup of tea after long cold day. You can buy a tea in nearby restaurant that will cost you 4 euro for tiny cup....

The room was adequate. They have a luggage storage area, which is not locked up and accessible by anyone, but my luggage was safe and I left it there for a full day as my train was at night. It was good to have a place to wait for the train, met other travelers in similar situations which made it fun. The Wifi would not work consistently.
