Though it's not the best hotel/hostel you will see, it's a cheap (compared to the others in Venezia), and with a nice staff. The location is not really in the middle of the mais turistic point, but it's near the train station, what was good for me. Also, the city is not very big, you can go anywhere with a 20 min walking. To finish, I would recomend this place.

The shower and toilet are connected so when you flush the toilet, it comes out of the shower. I didn't like the fact you have to leave your key at the front desk when you leave - only one staff member asked our name when we came back to collect our key. The wireless was very very very poor unless you wanted to sit on the cold marble staircase to use it, otherwise you could not connect to it. Location was great super close to main station.

the stay was very pleasant, in clean twin private with bathroom, on the busy street in center of venice, what makes everything very close to get to

The hostel staffs are friendly and easy to communicate with, I got satisfying answers to my questions about the city. The room was small but clean, good enough just to sleep. Unfortunately the noise from outside my room (people talking in the corridor) was clearly audible, so it's kind of disturbing. I can store my luggage safely while I was walking around the city and waiting for my train at 8pm. there's no lift at the building and my room was in the 3rd floor, it's a little bit exhausting.

Location for this place is definitely perfect, especially in the weather we had! Facilities are great, warm (or cold if you want) rooms, great cozy beds. For a young couple, this was the perfect place for us, and definitely value for money.

We were nicely surprised! The hostel is located in a beautiful square and near the train station, it is perfect if you only have a couple of days, you can visit the whole city by walk. Staff on the desk was friendly; our room was clean and tidy. Although we stay over weekend, hotel was mostly empty and quiet and we had shared bathroom only to ourselves. The second morning, the room was cleaned and new fresh towels were waiting for us – didn’t expect it for this room price. Definitely great value for money!

My main comment is I felt like I was staying in a regular hostel, rather than a hotel. I felt that calling it a 'hotel' was almost misrepresentation. It may just be my experience. My room was comfortable though, and the staff good to deal with. It was annoying having to go to reception to get them to unlock the door to enter my building. Room was tidied daily, towels refreshed, etc. Awesome location with good access to train and bus station, and close to ferries.

Great location very near the station and not far from the Jewish Ghetto, with some great little restaurants and snack bars around it. We had the double room which was nice and clean but absolutely tiny! Good wifi coverage though.

Good, basic room. Not very big, but it was fine. Very clean, and shared bathroom was also clean. Towels changed every day. Very friendly staff that seemed to speak English very well. Let us check in early. Conveniently located near the train station where there are also many water bus stops, however it is a bit of a walk to some other parts of the city if that is an issue (it wasn't for us since we like to explore on foot).

Great place not far from Santa Lucia train station, so absolutely brilliant location wise. Staff on the desk were friendly and always there to help and the rooms were clean, tidy, basic and offered good value for money. If you wanted to leave your luggage, you could, although it was in a room opposite the hotel manned by the people on the desk, not in a secure room, so not as secure as it could be, but if concerned, you can always just leave your bags at the Santa Lucia station for 5 Euros

Even the price is not one of the cheapest, I think it deserves every euro spent on it. The hostel is located in a beautiful square and near the train station, it is perfect if you only have a couple of days and don't want to waste time with buses or trains, you can visit the whole city by walk. The only negative point is that the room is a bit cold and you cannot arrive after 1 am, but nothing else
