Stayed for four nights. The staff were extremely helpful in sorting out Angkor tours etc. Is very well located near to the centre but far enough out to avoid the noise. Can rent bikes for one dollar a day. The dorm room was cleaned every day and the beds were large and comfortable. Excellent value at $3.50 a night.

We had a great stay at this amazing hostel. It's in a great location, just a short walk from pub street and all the action but tucked away just enough to avoid the noise to ensure a good night's sleep. The room was incredibly spacious and clean with huge, comfortable beds. All of the staff, especially the Australian owner, were very helpful and informative. All of this at a great price, I would recommend this place to anyone and would definitely stay again.

This hostel is set off about a 5 minute walk from the main bars and shops which is excellent because you can get a taste for the city without having to put up with any of the noise. Tuk-tuk driver is readily available and there is also a free tuk tuk waiting to take you to the hostile provided you give them your bus information. They also were able to provide a driver and a tour guide for Angkor Wat at a flat rate of 40 dollars. Didn't try the food but breakfast is available on request.

What can I say, this is such a cool peaceful little guest house, the beds are extrememly comfortable, the air conditioning is excellent, the rooms are spotless, and the owner, Paul, goes out of his way to make sure your happy, organising your tuk tuk driver and making sure they do all the things you want to do. As a solo female traveller I felt the security of the property was excellent, and it was great sitting outside in the evening chatting to other travellers.

Very spacious private room. Great staff. Great location-- just 7 min walk to the pub street & night markets but felt pretty safe. Roosters in the neighborhood woke us up a few times early in the morning. Everything worked as expected (AC, fan, hot shower, wifi in lobby). No shower curtain made it a little hard for us to shower without splashing everywhere; tub+no curtain may be a common configuration in Cambodia (I have no other experiences to compare with.) Overall a great value.

Good location. Only a couple streets back from the main road. Big common area but I was there in low season and there was hardly anyone there.

My friends and I had just spent 4 nights in Siem Reap here. There were six of us,so we booked the whole dorm room with 6 beds. The room was great, more than what we had expected. The new owner, Paul, is extremely nice. He helped us with all the tuk-tuk arrangements and the tour we had customized ourselves. The breakfast service was also very convenient before we start our day. Our room was cleaned and the beds were made everyday. We thought this was pretty neat! Great experience overall!

This owner knows what he's doing! I had a great time in my big and clean twin room and Steve provided me awesome service like tuk tuk-bookings, bustickets ( cheaper than the travelagent ) and breakfast before sunrise! The location is perfect, it's a few minutes walk to the warzone, so quiet during nighttime -- and this is what you want after a day temple hunting.

It was probably our error for not noticing but the hostel did not have airconditioning but a fan. It proved unbareable to sleep which impacted in our days in siem reap. If air con could be installed would make it great value.

We booked a twin room, originally for 6 nights but stayed for 8. Massive room with two queen (or king) size beds. Everything worked as advertised, air con and fan , TV with loads of channels, good hot shower. Friendly and helpful staff in a good spot just away from the pub/club area, so quiet at night but easy access to bars. No restaurant, but plenty of good and cheap food spots within a 5 minute walk. Wifi in the room would have been great, but we knew it didnt have it so not a complaint !

This hostel was a great find- it's in an excellent location, has a lot of character, and it was very clean and safe. The staff is excellent and extremely helpful in assisting with planning. We would definitely come back here again if we were to visit Siem Reap. They don't serve breakfast in the hostel, but there are several inexpensive places about 30 seconds walk away. If you don't stay here- you are making a mistake!

The hotel was quiet but still pretty close to the action. We had a little trouble finding the place b/c the map on hostel world does not match it's actual location. It's actually a block west of where hostel world says it is. You should probably take Steve's advice and ride a tuk-tuk to the hotel when you arrive in town. Room was clean and spacious but the lighting was a little weak.

This place was great! The staff were all friendly, and the owner is a very nice and helpful ex-pat from England. It's a 5 minute walk from all the great restaurants and markets, but far enough away that it's a quieter neighborhood. We absolutely loved this place. I have no complaints.

Stayed for 2 nights in December. First stay in a hostel and thought it was great. Steve is helpful and friendly and helped arrange tours with a tuk-tuk driver for my stay. Close to Pub St and the night markets but far enough to have a quiet and peaceful nights rest.
