Great place. Excellent staff. If you are looking for a very comfortable place with a great common area, this is the place. Rooms are cleaned daily and anything you need like tuk tuk or busses ect t right on hand. Highly recommend!

The place is really close to the "action," but you might not recognize that fact when you step out the door, because the main street is a few blocks away. The twin room I had was SPACIOUS and the beds were HUGE, but there were lots of tiny ants in the bathroom (including on the toilet seat) and lots of mosquitoes in the room, a problem I did not encounter anywhere else in Cambodia. The main issue I had was the extra 10% VAT charge that was not mentioned anywhere beforehand. Be prepared for that!
Nice looking hotel, very nice common arean, loby, balcony and garden. Big, clean rooms. Location is not so great, its a very small town so 4 blocks away means dirt road, no light at night and poor view. Good option of you arr looking for cheap accomodation and a break from hostels and dorms.
Best place to stay in Cambodia. Loved it. I felt very safe, was in an awesome location. Easy access to temples, great food.
This is a really nice hostel, but there were some small things that we were not totally satisfied with. We lived in a private room with private bathroom and when we opened the door to our room there were a lot of mosqitos flying out. So we got bitten really hard during our stay. In the bathroom there were mold in the ceiling as well, but I don't know if we were unlucky with our room or if all the rooms were like this. But all in all, it was cheap and the staff was nice and helpfull.
Very nice place and Bryan was the most helpful person we met on our trip!! We stayed in the dorm, which was quiete and pretty clean, but the beds could have been more comfortable. The tuk-tuk service was good. And the location as well as it's located 5' away from pub street.
brian and the staff are wonderful. I got very sick and they organized for me to go to hospital and packed my stuff for me and made sure I was ok. That's something you don't get in every hostel. met some great people too, it's close enough to pub st but far enough if you don't want to be right in it
Very Impressed with our stay at the Siem Reap Holiday Garden, particularly the owner Brian. On the day of our departure the bus company didn't sent the pickup service to the hostel, if not for Brian's quick thinking and problem solving we would have been stuck. No other hotel or hostel would have been able or willing to help us as Brian did so we greatly appreciate his help. The hostel is very clean and quiet, wish we had booked our entire stay in Siem Reap at this hostel.

Fun place to stay, staff very helpful and nice. Good location within walking distance to Pub Street and market. Free coffee in lobby to start your day was a thoughtful bonus!!!
CONS: No personal lockers. Bathrooms need renovations. PROS: Very clean. Friendly staff. Very friendly cats. Quiet location. This is not a party hostel, whether this is a pro or con is up to you. The owner, Brian, used to be a paramedic so he really took care of me after I twisted my ankle. I had to re-plan my entire trip since I was injured, and Brian made things happened for me. In spite of some short comings with the facilities, the above-and-beyond service more than made up for it.
A great place to stay Brian and his wife were fantastic . Aloha Phil
Cheap place to stay, but they don't have lockers and mattresses are very potholed.
Brian is wonderful. I CANNOT say enough good things. He arranged for us to have a tuk tuk pick us up FOR FREE from our bus station when we had no idea where we would be dropped off. He then gave us an amazing room at an amazing rate. Free coffee, reasonable food and drink prices. TONS of TV channels, books great priced tours and explains everything you need to know. He even extended our stay and moved things around when we decided to stay longer last minute. AMAZING
Really good location easy walking distance to the main road that runs through town and therefore the nightlife area- but far enough away from the noise of it! Nice big rooms, kept clean. Lounge area downstairs was sufficiently good. Reception staff not able to communicate well enough to help with potential questions, although she did point stuff out on a map. Helps when the owner is around.
CASH ONLY they don't know how to take cards. A group of 6 of us rented the mixed dorm. The room contained two full bunk beds and 2 full beds with an attached bathroom [which got messy w/o a shower curtain]. The room was fine except for mosquitoes everywhere. We were given a can of Raid to spray in the room [toxic]. The hostel staff only speak minimal English and tried the best they could to help us. $4 tuk tuk ride from the bus station. 3 blocks walk to Pub Street, on a dark sandy road
this is a nice and clean guest house only a short walk away from the action of siem reap. it is close to some good and cheap restaurants. the place is missing a bit the traveler atmosphere but makes it up with clean rooms, comfy beds and aircon ;)
Brian the Villa owner is very knowledgeable about the Siem reap tourism info, you can ask him anything about siem reap and he will answer u right away. A very quiet to stay. The staff might has a little problem of communicating in English but they will try their best to understand. As for the room, overall is ok, but I would like to more lights in the room because it is abit dark. The toilet is ok but need to have minor repairing here and there but the water heater works well during my stay!
The hostel is not located directly in the city center, but only a few minutes away by foot. This makes it a perfect location, since it is near the center but still in a quiet spot. The staff is very friendly and helpful and I enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere in the hostel. I would definitely recommend it!
I really liked my stay here. The beds were huge!! (Maybe 3/4 beds? Not sure). The place is decorated really nicely too. It was clean and the staff were helpful. The location is good, but only once you know where you're going. For some reason hardly any tuk tuk drivers knew where it was but if you say garden villa nearby they know that one. Overall a nice place to stay, does everything you need it to.
Walking distance to pub street and everything local but far enough away to not be disturbed by noise.Double bed was huge!AC and tv in the room.Very helpful on reception. Not the best atmosphere if you're hoping to meet other travellers, lovely but quiet place to stay.
