Very nice Hotel/Hostel close to the center and in walking distance to the main area. There are lots of good & cheap food places near by, and if you're missing anything, the lovely host will certainely help you find it! Unfortunatley there was only one computer and the internet was a bit shaky, but other then that it was perfect. I stayed in the dorm and would come again.
Very nice place to stay. The staff was kind and helpful. Tons of mosquitoes in the common areas.
Simple twin room, bathroom could have been cleaner, a/c was very good, big room, poor wifi in room. The dorm room never got locked
The place is very nice..is a house, and it looks cool, very clean everyday. The room has ac and it works perfect...the staff is very nice. The only thing I didnt like is that all the tours they sell are expensive, also the bus tickets. Is better to get them outside where is cheaper.
We found the staff at this hostel to be incredibly friendly and helpful. They gave sound travel advice re: seeing the temples and made our stay very easy and enjoyable. The hostel itself is very clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. We would strongly recommend this place.
Loved it!!! Stress free from the moment I stepped off the plane... Had a tuk tuk waiting.... Brian and his staff welcomed me at the front door. All tours were easily organised and my driver was great.... Felt so safe.... 5 min from central town and the restaurants that Brian recommended were beautiful... Everything was so easily organised from the hotel, Busses and laundry... All Done... Ill be back for sure.....
What a beautiful place.. The best hostel I have ever stayed... The atmosphere was wonderful. Excellent communal area to meet other people.... Perfect price... The owner and staff were great and were able to help with all activities, tours and busses... I tried the new breakfast menu which has some delightful healthy options. Less that a 5 minute walk to pub street in a safe street.... Would definitely recommend this villa to stay at... Excellent and keep up the good work... Thankyou...
Rooms, building, staff/owner were great, but there were many downsides too: bathrooms have clearly seen better days, wifi didnt work, don't even think of getting some sleep after 8 am (HGV is a construction area right now). Most annoying: booked bus tickets for a minivan to Phom Penh, but ended packed up in an highly uncomfortable, old car with 5 other people. Had to argue once with their tuc-tuc driver over price we agreed on beforehand. To sum up: It was a highly ambiguous stay there for us.
Huge room & beds with central location. Pick up by tuk tuk from airport on request. On dirt road so messy when raining, building work going on just now during day. Very helpful staff and big reception area to chill out and watch TV, have a cup of tea/coffe which is provided all day.
Relaxed atmosphere, a ten minute stroll to Pub Street, huge rooms and great staff!
Just stayed for one night but it was very nice. The owner is very helpful. The rooms were clean and it's just a few minutes walking to the centre. Very good :-)
After my stay in Phuket it seemed to be arrived in paradise. The Hostel is more a Hotel, you feel immediately at home and the Bathroom as well as the daily cleaned rooms are the cleanest I have seen so far. The location is perfect, close to Bars and pub street but away from drunkjards, noise and rubbish. Brian, is extremely friendly and professional helping you with everything from bustickets to Trips. The big common room+Tv-Screen is perfect to meet new people. Would definitely stay there again
spacious room, high ceilings, comfy beds, but towels/bedding smelt like mildew.bathroom was nice, but toilet needed a clean up.very nice stuff.the hotel is being remodeled,so every morning construction noise starts around 8am.do not book buses with the hotel as their commission doubles the ticket price.i did get into the tramp and booked "good bus" to phnom penh for 11USD, the bus didnt exist,so i ended up in a regular dirty dodgy bus for 5USD.was no point paying double.buy your tix at the station.
