Rooms, building, staff/owner were great, but there were many downsides too: bathrooms have clearly seen better days, wifi didnt work, don't even think of getting some sleep after 8 am (HGV is a construction area right now). Most annoying: booked bus tickets for a minivan to Phom Penh, but ended packed up in an highly uncomfortable, old car with 5 other people. Had to argue once with their tuc-tuc driver over price we agreed on beforehand. To sum up: It was a highly ambiguous stay there for us.
Huge room & beds with central location. Pick up by tuk tuk from airport on request. On dirt road so messy when raining, building work going on just now during day. Very helpful staff and big reception area to chill out and watch TV, have a cup of tea/coffe which is provided all day.
Relaxed atmosphere, a ten minute stroll to Pub Street, huge rooms and great staff!
Just stayed for one night but it was very nice. The owner is very helpful. The rooms were clean and it's just a few minutes walking to the centre. Very good :-)
After my stay in Phuket it seemed to be arrived in paradise. The Hostel is more a Hotel, you feel immediately at home and the Bathroom as well as the daily cleaned rooms are the cleanest I have seen so far. The location is perfect, close to Bars and pub street but away from drunkjards, noise and rubbish. Brian, is extremely friendly and professional helping you with everything from bustickets to Trips. The big common room+Tv-Screen is perfect to meet new people. Would definitely stay there again
