The hotel staff was very helpful with all of our bookings and were quite friendly. Free airport pickup was nice when getting oriented. Just a short walk to pub street and the night market. Room was basic but very clean. 100% recommend for great value and an easy stay!

Great place to stay in Siem Reap. Quiet, central and clean.

The staff was extremely helpful at all times, we arranged a free pick up from the bus station from the Hostel which was very comforting after a long day of travelling and arriving in a new country. The staff helped us plan our visit to the temples and a tuk tuk which would drive us around all day for a good price.

no one warned us about bag snatching, and apparently it is common on the long, dark street that the hotel is on. our first night my girlfriend was bag snatched 10m from the hotel door. a simple warning from them would have avoided this. also, there are signs everywhere about not leaving valuables in your room and have to put them in cabinet at the front. its a pain, and if they dont trust their own staff how can i trust them? overall a nice place and helpful staff but this was a huge sore point

Nice place. Not too far from the pub street. Good and friendly staff.

Overall a great experience. The only blemish was a clogged shower head in the bathroom.

Very friendly and helpful staff.

Staff were very helpful, but not pushy, when arranging tours and tuk tuk transport. The pool was great for a dip after a hot day.

Lovely staff and excellent location. Everyone was really helpful, breakfast on the terrace was really good and they put us with an excellent tuk-tuk driver and guide, Hong. I didn't realise that our room was in a modern extension part at the back of the hotel- it was perfectly comfortable but not as beautiful as the pictures online.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean, food ok. I inadvertently got the 'penthouse' on the top floor which was HUGE and located right next to the plunge pool - excellent value. This room was a tad noisier than some of the others downstairs as it was less insulated (i.e. woke to the rooster crowing at dawn, but this wasn't too bad at all). I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others. Note: the hostel is CASH ONLY - no credit facilities.

We stayed 2 nights here. Our stay was really good. Very nice and helpful staff who provided us very useful information about the town, the excursions and activities to do around there. The location is really good, the street where the hostel is located doesn have many things but it is just around 15 minutes walking distance from the central market and the bars and restaurants area. This was really good as we didn have to depend on a tuk-tuk to drive us to and forth the town.

big double room, 10min walk from town including last bit on a fairly dark street so maybe not best for female solo traveller but tuk tuk only $2-3. would recommend

Quite, peaceful hostel, a few minutes walking distance away from the busiest part of town. Clean rooms, good prices, and very friendly and helpful staff - I really enjoyed staying there and would definitely stay there again if I ever come back to Siem Reap!

Great place to stay, very welcoming as soon as we arrived and our room ended up being massive and on the roof, with great access to the cute pool.

I stayed in single bed room with A/C for 5 days. GOOD: nice A/C, mattress, breakfast&coffee, English speaking and friendly staff. BAD: not a walking distance to main city/pub street (especially at night, dogs everywhere), weak water pressure, ant in room.

Siem Reap Rooms is an amazing place. The staff are the friendliest people on earth, and always willing to help and make your stay as comfortable as possible. The rooftop pool is a perfect escape for those hot days or nights, and all facilities in the rooms work perfectly- air con, fridge and TV. Our tuk tuk driver Mr Mean was friendly, helpful and knowledgable, and helped us with all our tours of Angkor Wat and the other temples. Highly recommended.
