I stayed in a bedroom with ensuite bathroom amounting to 17usd - my room is enormous with 2 queen size bed, cable, aircon, and a bethroom with hot/cold shower... definitely what you call value for money. Location is okay, it takes me about 15-20 minutes (depending on your stride, of course) to get to the busy areas - night market, pub street, etc. Everyone (Kudos to Philip Hogg and the rest of the staff!) is so accommodating to my requests / questions even before my trip to Siem Reap. Good job!

We absolutely loved staying here! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice and clean. Walking distance to town. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

Great place, we had two massive rooms on the top floor by the pool, everything was modern and very clean, staff were amazing and would bend over backwards to help you out. Jia in particular was super friendly and helpful.

Fantastic place to stay. Short walk to the old town, fantastic staff. They set us up with a driver for the time we were there and judging by prices others have quoted on the internet, they did not mark up at all.

Had an amazing time staying at Siem Reap Rooms. Staff was very friendly - let us borrow a power bar to charge our electronics for free. They also kept our valuables for us in their safe while we were out for the day - they label items with a sticker that has your room number. Our room was very spacious, came with a television and air conditioning. Came with an ensuite, my only complaint would be the weak water pressure in the shower & the slow drain. Overall, great hostel! Highly recommended!

Very enjoyable stay, it's a good location and really not that far at all from the general pub street area (under 10 mins even if strolling). Welcome respite from the manic-ness of the markets and the pubs. It's a short walk down a street that could use a little more lighting, but it's not a big deal. It's clean and there's a lovely little pool. Staff are very nice, knowledgeable, and their breadth of languages spoken is very impressive. The tuk tuk guy Mr T is great.

Fantastic! This place was eat-off-the-floor clean. Location was on a quiet side street across the river from the main Pub Street part of town, about a 7-10 min walk. Breakfast not included, but menu is great and very reasonably priced. My room had about 80 TV channels, many in English, so I got to catch up on my favorite shows. The plunge pool is wonderful after a hot day at the Ankor temples. Good Deutsch restaurant 30m down street, excellent value (NOT the beer garden with prostitutes!)

Our room was cheap but it felt looked and felt very classy: large room, elegant bathroom, expansive closet space, and comfortable bed. The staff are very helpful and will attend to your every need promptly whether for breakfast, or laundry service, or bottled drinks. They will even assist you book for your other activities. 4 thumbs up!

Had a great time at Siem Reap Rooms, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were quite spacious and well maintained. Really liked the fact that the hostel has tie-ups with good and reliable taxi and tuk-tuk drivers - we were assigned a particular driver during our stay there, who would come over to pick us up as and when we needed him. Only drawback is that the hostel is a 12-15min walk from the the main downtown area, but it's easy to get a tuk tuk both ways, so its not an issue!

A lovely, well maintained guesthouse with friendly and helpful local and british staff. Upon arrival we were met by Jia who gave us plenty of information on Siem Reap and Angkor Wat, a welcome drink and a free map of the town and the temples. Rooms were clean, comfortable and had cable tv- not what I expect in a hostel! The rooftop plunge pool and deck area where great (need fans up there!) and perfect for seeing the sunset. Rooms have no windows which would be useful to know in advance.

Great cozy feeling hostel. Good: Good atmosphere Staff helpful (they are also friendly but come off as insincere in their friendliness) Bad: No locker in room, but can leave items with hotell staff. Tour: Happy with tour we booked through them. Tour = driver that goes where you ask and waits for you at temples. Perfect for us, he was friendly and reliable, although not very talkative. He did wait for us for hours while we hiked for hours (far longer then most tourists)

Great place! Extremely helpful and friendly staff, always in for a chat. The rooms are fairly basic, but clean! The rooftop terrace is a great place to relax at night after a long day of visiting temples... :)

Greeted on arrival with refreshing drinks, brilliant after long travel. This accommodation is fantastic value for money, with the added bonus of the (small) roof top pool. Approx 5min walk into the main town where the markets are...a definate must for the evening. Would definately stay at this accommodation again.

Really nice guesthouse which was also recommended to us by friends. But please choose another travel agency for the trip to Tailand - the driver almost killed us (13 people in a mini-van).

Amazing place to stay. We were welcomed by the owner Phil on arrival, who spent a lot of time with us giving us tips and advise on what to do. We stayed in both the standard and superior rooms, both were amazing. The beds were very comfortable and it was very peaceful and quite. We stayed 4 days in total but we wished we could have stayed longer and we will definitely go back to stay at Siem reap rooms. All of the staff were really warm and friendly, the breakfast was good. Highly recommend.
