We stayed here in Nov 2013 and had a very horrible damp room. The next morning we asked to move to another room, which they said wasn't available until the following day. When we discussed to eachother about moving they suddenly had the room available. It STANK of damp again. $21 is a lot for a stinky damp room down the darkest creepiest road in the city, which is nowhere near the centre at all either so expect to pay for tuk tuks everywhere. Much cleaner, safer cheaper places around to go to.
Wonderful staff. Very friendly, and the downstairs area allows you tomeet other travellers. Rooms cleaned daily. Good breakfasts, and can call you very good tuk tuk drivers. The airport pick-up was very handy!

Beautifully furnished and super clean feels like a real hotel. Really friendly and helpful staff. Tiny plunge pool on the roof with a good seating area and tv room.
We stayed there ten days. The staff was so kind and helpful. They were smiling all the time we felt like we have known them for years. They arranged tuk tuk for Angkor Wat and even the bus ticket to Bangkok. The rooms are wide and clean enough but the sheets and towels can be better. I certainly recommend this place.
Siem Reap Rooms was a great location to explore the rest of Siem Reap. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. They arranged pick-up and helped me plan my 2.5-day stay the second I arrived. Just be prepared to do your own research so you can compare (I didn't realize I had to book a tour guide for the temples in advance... Although I did find one at Angkor Wat the day-of who was great). Some minor problems arose (A/C, laundry and electricity) but staff fixed them very promptly.
We had a very easy, stress free stay at siem reap rooms. They arranged a pickup for us from the airport and even with a delayed plane, Jim was waiting with a sign for us. The room was very clean and comfortable and the staff was really friendly. They helped us decide on the best things to see in the short time frame that we had. Everyone was very trustworthy and eager to help. The breakfast in the morning was affordable and good and we were able to get sandwiches to take with us.

The staff was excellent and very helpful. The room was large and basic but good value for the money. Breakfast was not included but excellent food and good value. Lobby is beautiful, dark wood. Free WiFi but spotty in the room. We went to the lobby for better connection. Rooftop pool was nice and a great view.
