Staff are very friendly, took a night bus to munich that arived at 6am and let me check in at 7am.
This hostel was definitely feeling the aftermath of Oktoberfest. Liked: Decent location, U-Bahn station close by, map provided, supermarket nearby, I was able to make several friends; Disliked: Found an adult bed bug in the room, blood stains on linens, other girl in my room had several bites and the hostel staff just shrugged and offered no solution, wifi is TERRIBLE, bathroom door wouldn't close anymore, beer bottles from past guests, maid came in at 9am and started changing beds.
The room was such a mess, even if I was in a female room. A possible reason might be Oktoberfest. There were no locks in the place to store personal luggage. You should bring your own lock for that. But the girls in the same room were very friendly, and the atmosphere of the hostel was better than its cleanness.
The location was perfect, 5 minutes walking from the Festwiese (Oktoberfest). The room seems pretty new, with new and good furniture. There is a big lobby and a big restaurant downstairs, and also a Dirndl shop. The staff is okay, they have security staff at the door during the night. The toilet was not good, as the door was broken (we couldn't close it), and the showerdrain was clogged, what caused some "floods". The room was fairly clean and the bunk beds were very good.

Perfect hostel for Oktoberfest literally a 5 minute walk away from the festival. The staff were very friendly and helpful would stay again.
The bedroom in which I stayed was clean, comfortable and quiet, even though it was the busiest weekend of Oktoberfest. The location is great, close to shops, to the subway and city center. The lockers in the rooms worked fine and the access control was alright, so nothing to complain. Didn't seem like the best choice for those looking for a "party hostel" , but again, why would you need one, with so many places to go in Munich?. I would stay there again.
Booked during Oktoberfest. Perfect location, only 2 blocks away. Also near the subway. Rooms were relatively large and spacious with lockers under the bed and solid bed frames that didn't shake. Cleanliness throughout the hostel was very good, however they need to do some work in the bathrooms. Shower drain barely worked and the bottom of the curtain was covered in mold. Additionally, this is not a hostel to use if you are looking for a social scene. Everyone keeps to themselves.
I was here for Oktoberfest. Two blocks away, can you get much better than that? All in all it was a fine place to stay. My only complaint is the hot water. Or the lack thereof. As a hostel/hotel, you should be able to provide the hot water needed for showers. By 9:00AM there was no hot water. And I was severely hungover from Oktoberfest, so I was looking forward to that! But this was during Oktoberfest, so take that as it is. The staff was very friendly, however!
well WC need need to fix get the handyman.
Nice staff, great location, affordable pricing.
Was here during Oktoberfest and couldn't have had a better location but they really took the p*** with how much they were charging.. You're not a hotel guys!
Good clean hostel. Good location - right near a metro. Nice bar in the hostel too. TINYYYY kitchen though - smaller than my kitchen at home, and this is for a 5-6 storey hotel/hostel!! Get in early if you want to be able to move. Would stay here again though.
Comfortable stay, good location and friendly, helpful staff!
Good value. Parking on the streets is free from 11pm to 9am.
I stayed here as a solo traveler, had a great time, and would definately stay again. The hostel has clean rooms, bathrooms, and is close to the U-Bahn. The bar and pool table in the lobby serve as a great location to meet people. Mosts of the guests were in their 20s, but there were a few shady older men in their 40s, although they seemed polite.
Overall the hostel was meh. The Internet on the other hand was absolutely terrible. Worst internet I have seen so far while travelling.
Hostel was clean and definitely felt safe. Only concern is in the summer the room gets extremely hot and access to a fan would have been great.

Hostel was ok, the room was clean and we slept very well in comfortable beds. :)
A RED WORM WAS FOUND ON MY BED! The staff was told, and she did nothing but only said the housekeeping will take care of it. Like it is a really common thing is this hostel. The drain in the shower room is poor. The location is really far from train station by walk or by metro (have to change train). It's also quite far from the old city center. The luggage storage room is also dirty that we found spoiled food inside the room.
Tiny kitchen. Also, the beds could really do with individual reading lights so that the main light can be turned off. Also, providing soap in the bathrooms would be much appreciated!
