Had a great time! I loved how late the bar was open downstairs, it really led to some great opportunities to meet people. The hostel is super far from the train station so make sure you call and ask then about a bus that you can take which is much nicer than that long walk with your huge backpack. Otherwise, the underground station is right next to the hostel so getting to the center isn't a problem at all
It is in a good location, and the beds are nice and all is clean. However, it was lacking the "hostel" atmosphere of most places I've been to. Great to be alone, but if you're looking to meet anyone you're SOL for the most part. That is also the vibe I got from Munich, so there is that. I'd skip the breakfast downstairs and just get coffee and something from a bakery.
The kitchen was kinda disgusting, had no utensils in it (really weird system where you have to borrow everything from reception) and tiny considering the size of the hostel but the bar was great. Wifi was rubbish, it never ever worked and the computer terminals in the reception didn't work either and you have to pay, so don't stay here if you need access to the Internet! Location was great though so would stay again but would eat out instead of trying to cook.
Great hostel. Very big hostel with a lot of guest. Perhaps the best hostel i have stayed in with a size like this. Just 50 meters away from metro station.
good location 10 min walk to the centre. clean and comfortable hostel was like a hotel. enjoyed it a lot
The bar seating area had only one tiny air condition that you had to sit directly in front of to get any relief from the heat. And the receptionist came and shut it off without saying a word while my friend was trying to work on schoolwork. The rooms had no A/C and the windows barely open so I was drenched in sweat all night. Shower leaked all over the floor and we had no way to up clean it since they didnt provide towels. There was also a stain near my bed of an unknown origin. And overpriced.
Great hostel. Well maintained. It's an easy walk from both the main train station and the city center. The downstairs area is great for meeting other travelers. Would definitely stay here again.
In general it was a great hostel with a good atmosphere. The only problem was the wifi. Seriously the worst wifi I have ever experienced. Almost to the point of wanting to roam on my cellphone.
Kitchen was dirty as though the staff hadn't cleaned it for awhile. The window was broken in the room, perhaps the hostel should repair it as soon as possible.
This hostel was very expensive and I couldn't figure out why. The staff were not the nicest, breakfast was expensive and not great, the wifi didn't work and people without a phone plan needed to go to the macdonalds to research their next steps. There also wasn't enough plugs in the rooms for electrical. This was the most expensive hostel I've stayed in yet and was very dissatisfied with the value. If it was a cheaper hostel I wouldn't have had any problems.
Nice hostel, felt more like a hotel really. They had a great happy hour deal of €1.90 for a pint of beer and it is well connected by public transportation but it is an easy walk to the city center. Only complaint is that they overbooked our room and a staff member stormed into our room at 4:30 AM, turned on the light and made a bit of a scene accusing people in of not belonging there. No one got much sleep after that.
Room wasn't the best Right next to the Metro Station so made getting around easy. Could do with more atmosphere in the evenings
It was a nice stay here, shame it was ruined by the other people in my room who were really disrespectful. Good location, transport close, good food around. Having to get a wifi code everyday for every device was annoying though and wifi reception was crappy
I really enjoyed my stay here. The location was great and the rooms were very big and clean. Decent wifi too.

The rooms were nice, beds pretty comfortable. However, the pillows were absolutely awful. Very thin and fragile, no support whatsoever. Bathrooms were small and not very clean. The drain was clogged up so the shower would fill up with water and almost overflow. Checkout time is at 10am but you will actually be woken up at 915am by a very rude man that doesn't speak any English and kick you out of bed to change your sheets. So be ready for that. Wifi doesn't work too well either.
Pros: Bar and sitting area with TV (good prices and pizza was actually pretty good!), rooms were spacious, decent access to power outlets, area was safe Cons: A bit far from city center (30 minute walk), atmosphere was a bit subdued, breakfast was expensive so we just went to Starbucks and it ended up being cheaper, elevator is kind of scary but we didn't have any problems with it, one bathroom for 8 person room Takeaways: Actually a pretty good experience, nothing too special about it
Wasn't a bad hostel. Right next to the U-Bahn, so easy to get into town. It's a bit off from the center of town, so walking it multiple times probably wont be appealing. Nothing out of the ordinary.
Roommates made a mess of the room and it wasn't really cleaned comprehensively. Facilities were outstanding, good water pressure and beds. Always harder to meet people in large hostels but he bar helps when it's busy. And they gave me a free sandwich!
Location way to far away, to hot to be traveling that far. The staff were really nice though.
My bathroom toliet ran all night/day long. First the toliet didn't work then when "fixed" it ran water all the time. It was very load at night. I didn't feel that the rooms were cleaned properly everyday. And it's a bit rude for the staff to come in before check out to take the sheets.
