The street where the hotel is located did not feel so safe. The lady at the reception was not so friendly while the man was. The room was clean, but shower drain clogged and water could not smoothly go away.

It was an average hotel. The single room was a good size and clean. The street was too noisy to keep the window open at night, so it was too warm. While the staff was helpful when asked, they didn't offer any extra information beyond what was necessary. I would definitely recommend it if someone is looking for privacy, but not a party spot. My only real concern would have been the security. It would have been possible to walk in unnoticed. At least the doors have deadbolts and key cards.

Our room was not cleaned well. There were a few crackers on the floor and some raisins. Not sure why. Other than that everything was pretty clean.

Clean and nice. Close to the train station. Really good value for the money. Just sleeped one night when we were passing, but we were really happy with it for that low cost.

Great price and convenient location

Smart Stay Hotel Schweiz in Munich was a well run hotel close to the centre of town and in close proximity to eateries and attractions. I would thoroughly recommend staying here, great value for money and great staff.

Paying for wifi was not great and breakfast was super expensive. It's a semi close walk into the main section

Hotel was what you would expect for the price. Very near the main train station and within walking distance of the center. We were there for a holiday weekend, so the price was a little high, but much cheaper than anything else in the city. Hotel room was very clean. We would recommend it for budget travellers. There was some loud noise early in the morning from a street market. It didn't bother me too much, but you might consider asking for an inner room.
