The staff was very kind and flexible. The room was clean. Great breakfast selection, we really enjoyed it. No problems whatsoever.

Free internet would have made for the perfect stay.

I stayed two nights, in a single room. There is all what you need and expect from a normal single room (bed, desk, tv, bottle of water, etc). Bathroom was okay, clean and with new towels everyday if needed. Free tea and coffee at the front desk.

The room was almost clean - ALMOST. Just please inform the janitor to take care of the area under the beds too, among others. That particular area needs to be vacuum-cleaned. The buffet breakfast - costs around € 6 per person per day - was indeed worth it. German breakfast at its best! I wouldn't call this a hostel, though. Not for a group of young people. Suits better for elderly people.

A comfortable stay an good value. However housekeeping woke us up every morning to clean out rooms, knocking on our door well before 9 or 11 (checkout time). Bought Internet was terrible and the two singles, rather than a double, we're irritating as they kept sliding apart. Complimentary coffee/tea and buscuita and a 24hr porter were nice touches.
