There was only one toilet on the floor which posed some issues, and the music in the bar is played incredibly loud very late into the night, so request a room away from the bar. Other than that, loved the bar, people and the room was big and clean, lockers were provided and breakfast was good too. Overall a good hostel: great attached restaurant and bar, great breakfast and great location. However, one of the front desk staff was very inexperienced and unhelpful. What security!!! They have a keycard system only for people to leave the side (fire) door open all day which anyone can walk through. We closed this door numerous times only to come back and find it open again. Hostel serves breakky but never seems to have enough/clean plates and cutlery etc. Our room had paper thin walls, bad water damage from the shower, a rusty shower seat in it (ew, get rid of it!), a shower head that pointed straight at the wall, and annoyingly, no temperature control. Good facilities, unfortunately my room was directly above the dj in the bar. Very loud. Other rooms wouldn\'t have such a problem, but could still hear music further along corridor. Fantastic location, very helpfull staff. Free parking nearby, which they drew us a detailed map for. Nice bar in-house, cheap internet as well. Hired bikes from the Hostel which was a great way see Bruges - and very cheap. Decent breakfast included (and as we went near the end we were offered the chance to stock up with bread rolls for a snack later!) Really recommend this place. During the first part of the first night, it was hard to fell asleep, because of a terrible noise from the heating or something one floor above. Besides that, our stay was rather good. The breakfast is ok, nothing special, just what you expect for the price.
