This hostel was okay. I noticed on the second night that the smoke detector in my room was held together with tape. There were also only two outlets in the room, however one was right by the door so it was essentially useless. There was also no soap in the washrooms on my floor. It is also unfortunate that there is only wifi in the reception and bar area. That being said the bar area was alright and good for socialising.
Great stay, awesome bar. Pod beds were great and comfortable. Would stay again.
It wasn't bad. The rooms were great. Lack of plugins was a big issue. Only two plug in for six people. One was right next to the door. And I mean right next. If you plugged something in you had to let the others know so they can unplug it to exit the room. Also no sink in the bathroom but one in the room so had to wash in there. Was kind of weird. But location and staff were excellent.
Old beuty in the bar.... Happy atmosphere, modern rooms and many bathrooms. I will recomand this hostel.
The very busy communal are in all the time that I was there was never cleaned the glass front door was filthy. The leather couches, floor and step never once cleaned. The microwave which I have a photo of was both inside and outside greasy and burnt (no microwave plate or cover). Told a staff member. Not cleaned.Staff sitting outside. Saw staff making themselves lunch. Never saw staff cleaning communal area. Dirt bin in room not cleaned. Bed very uncomfortable. Would I stay again? No.

Besides the lack of kitchen at this venue (kinda helps you get free breakfast though) And that the toilets often ran out of toilet paper, quite a good venue and spot! Cheap drinks at the bar and the beds had plugs and a light and a Curtain
I had a very positive experience here! It was nothing fancy, but I have no complaints. The best thing about this hostel was how easy it was to meet people, which was a high priority for me as a solo traveler. The two types of common spaces - bar and more relaxed hangout area - made it easy to strike up conversations with other travelers, and the beer tasting and pub crawl were great for that as well. Additionally, I would definitely recommend the bike rental. Thanks for a great stay!

Only complaint is that the luggage room isn't free. Besides that everything was fantastic! Bathrooms were spotless Beds are clean and comfortable Great vide down in the bar No kitchen - but there is a microwave and kettle, reception happy to provide plates and cutlery
Its definitely one of the worst hostels I've ever been, no internet in the rooms dirty stinky bathrooms no facilities at all only the bar, the way in to the rooms is the bathroom that smells like sh... No security at all, the lockers can be lock our room was next to a patio and you couldn't close that door so it was also public. The breakfast was ok thought. Find something else if possible.
i really enjoyed the privacy bunks here. i was in a large room but it felt much more private having the curtain to enclose the bunk. the bar area was also great and made it easy to meet people as a solo traveler.
I really liked the location. It was quiet and peaceful. The staff was very helping. The check in and check out was also very quick. Next time I come to Bruges, I am definitely staying at St. Christopher's Inn. :)
Absolutely great hotel, great atmosphere and people and great location. Not much more to say really would reccomend to anyone and would go back there myself

Great selection of beers, good atmosphere and €5 pizza - can't complain. Good place to store your bags and breakfast was simple but good :)
It smelled pretty rotten but other than that it was nice... The staff was really cool and helpful. I loved doing the beer tasting!
St. Christopher's has a great atmosphere and convenient location to the city center. I like the bar downstairs and cheap pizza, most of Brugge is very expensive to eat, so it's nice to get a meal at the hostel. The staff is exceptionally helpful...I really can't thank them enough for letting us call an international phone number in an emergency.
Walking through a public toilet to our room was horrible and the smell of sewerage that permiated our room was also horrible. Along with the dripping roof that made the floor very slippery.
About a 15 minute walk to "downtown" Bruges, but the walk is lovely. The bar is great and doesn't impact your sleep, as the rooms are in an adjacent building.
Clean, secure, great atmosphere. Also has great bar with wide selection of Belgium beers.
the only problem I had was that the hallways smelled like a burst sewage pipe. not sure if that's an everyday thing, or I just got unlucky, but other than that, everything else was great!
Bruges is an amazing city, one of my favorite so far! However, this hostel wasn't very good. Traveling on a budget usually means they you can't go to the bar all the time, or you have to make your own meals instead. This hostel offers absolutely nothing to this extent. It is a bar first and hostel second. The other issue is that the ceilings and beds were incredibly short. I'm not overly tall, but the top bunk only went up to my shoulder which made sleeping on the bottom bunk quite awkward.
