We stayed in the old wing in an 8 person room and it was gross and some of the lockers didn't work. The new wing, mostly 16 person rooms were really nice with curtains for each separate bunk along with a bedside light and outlet and room underneath the bed for locked storage.

Good hostel, although our bethroom was really smelly and small. The bedroom itself was awesome, we stayed at a privete room for 2 and it looked like a hotel, with TV and everything. The location was ok, near to the center once Bruges is a small town, like 15 minutes walking. The pub next to the hostel is really good, they have a lot of different beers and a delicious soup and others snacks for a very good price. Eat the fries and the carrot soup, it was really good. Breakfast was ok.

Both myself and my friends had a brilliant time staying at this hostel. The staff were really friendly and the food in the restaurant was excellent !!!

Very good location, reasonable price and a club included in the hostel (although the club sometimes is hired off, with no entrance for hostel-guests). Please check on beforehand. Some rooms (and bathrooms) have a low ceiling, watch your head. Free WIFI. To conclude, it is a perfect hostel on a good location, surrounded by lots of bars, clubs and even the most popular drinking district is only a 15-minute footwalk away!

We went to the hostel from the train station (from Brussels) with a bus 6. It stopped closed to the hostel, the bus driver was nice and give us directions. The hostel has two sides, one is little bit newer - double bed side. The other one is a dorm side, bar in the middle. We stayed in the double bed side and the room was clean, enough space, shower inside - all recently renovated. The staff was VERY nice, we had a free tour Gide for the city (but we gave her money anyway, cos she was cool).

My stay was for a private room over a weekend in January 2013.Based on it's location and ammenites, I liked this hostel. The problem was the private rooms are over a nightclub "Entrenous", owned by the Hostel which is rented out for dance parties. Both nights, the noise from party-goers and the music, as well as the noise from the heating system made sleeping very difficult. You probably may not have these issues on a week night during warm weather but be warned!

It was annoying not having wifi in my room, but it wasn't too much of a problem as it was available in the lobby and restaurant. The room and bed were good. The free breakfast was a bonus as well. The restaurant and bar were also very nice.

Good hostel. Spacious room, clean. Only one shower and toilet for the floor was a bit annoying, and no kitchen facilities. Location was alright, just a short walk to the centre of town.

Good, but the bar was expensive and the kitchen closes at 2030

A brilliant location - everything is walking distance. Facilities are all rather basic and the breakfast is quite meagre, but the pub crawl and arranged events are great. All in all, a good stay.

This place has probably the best showers I have seen in a hostel. The bathroom is always clean and everything is in perfect conditions. The breakfast is OK, the rooms are spacious and super clean. It's not near the center, but it's not that far either. I would recommend this hostel and would love to stay there again in the future.

We expected more from the hostel, specially because we had booked a two-people room. Our room wasn't clean when we arrived, and we had to wait for the staff to clean it. The bathroom was too small and people smoked in the corridors. Besides, we had a problem with the staff, who entered twice in our room to see if we had smoked, although I had explained that we were not in the room when the fire alarm rang.

Staff was very friendly, bar downstairs had a great atmosphere. Breakfast was good too. It did tend to get a bit noisy at times because of the bar below but that quieted down too before too late. Room we stayed in didn't have curtains surrounding the bed like in some of the pics and no nightstands either so it was difficult to put your stuff anywhere readily accessible. Lockers were fine though. We ended up switching to a double and that, needless to say was better. More private and convenient.
