staff was nice and friendly . location was good.. nice and social place.. only thing i didnt like was the size of the blanket they gave you to sleep. its not meant for people over 5ft 5 lol other then that everything was good!

Location is excellent and right where all the action is. The staff are amazing and were very willing to offer help and suggestions on what to do in KL. The hostel itself was clean however the room we stayed in had no windows so it felt kind of dungeony. However we definitely enjoyed our stay here!

Ok hostel. Problems: wifi is really slow and much of the time cannot function. The common area is also very hot. For the top hostel in KL they should invest in proper aircon for the common area rather then just fans and also sort the Internet out for guests. Some decent seats rather than bucket stools would be good too. Apart from these negatives though the staff are very helpful and the places is clean, sociable and decent rooms. Location is probably the best in KL. near shops, food, monorail.

10/10 for location, right in the middle of things, very clean and comfy, the only downside would be that some of the 4 bed rooms face on to the common area which can be pretty noisy in the evenings.

Patrick was great. It was always clean and the bathrooms were very nice. Was super easy to find.

Great atmosphere met lots of nice people. The staff were great Aaron was very welcoming and helpful with advice where to go best ways to get there. The location is great there is great links literally across the road and only a short walk from the main nightlife. Rooms were decent basic facilities and breakfast included which is a nice time to get to talk to people. Had an amazing time in this hostel defiantly would recommend!!

The location was in a red light zone and very chaotic! I don't really think this area is very safe. My room ist directly in front of meeting point, and the sound isolation ist zero! Drunk people are talking until 3 am in front of door, you get evverything to hear... No window for the room, the backpack of a guest has stunk like hell! And the lady at reception was very very rude and unhelpful, she even didn't stay to answer my question, talking with unpatient even unfriendliy sound!

only stayed one night but it definitely seemed like the hostel was a very happening place to be with lots of people. its right in the heart of Bukit Bintang which makes it easy to get around. the staff are very kind and hospitable with lots of information they can share with you. they also have booklets with more info about major sites to see. facilities were clean which was very nice and the rooms were ok- bed was comfy!

Amazing hostel with even more amazing staff!

The location is great, but it felt like a storage unit for humans. My dorm had 6 beds and no Windows. Can feel a little cagey. However the location is incredible. Right across from Lot 10 and the most incredible underground food court world, and just up the street from Bukit Bintang and all the bars. It's and even split between atmosphere and location. What it lacks in one it balances with the other.

Fantastic hostel, fantastic staff :)

A really value for money hostel. Very easy to get to from public transport. Rooms are clean and relatively spacious with big lockers for each bed. Showers and toilets on each floor were always Available. Basic breakfast was a nice touch. There was a very social feel to the common area and a decent bar street just round the corner. Make sure to take your shoes inside the main door or they'll get stolen overnight!!

Great location, basic hostel, clean enough. AC was like on level with power ranger

Its so highly rated for a reason. I only stayed a night on my way home but I was allowed to store my stuff all day the next day, I was allowed a locker for my valuables even after check out. they made a point of makeing sure i knew i could have a shower after check out. the common area is very nice. showers were great; very warm and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Staff was great. location is in the center of it all, tons of stuff to o and staff help u figure it out, I'll be back no question.

The location was excellent and the staff were very helpful. The dorms have sturdy beds and big lockers for back packs. You can keep your bags in a locker for the day of check out which is great. The main downside is the dorms don't lock. We were right st the entrance and had some guy walk in and start talking loudly in the middle of the night when half the people were sleeping. A fob for entry to the dorm you are in would be a good addition.

great stay, very friendly and helpful staff. My roommates were amazing. One of the best hostels ive ever stayed in.

Really good friendly hostel, easy to socialise. Staff were great. Good location for transport around the city.

Stayed for 4 nights. Very easy to find the hostel and staff are excellent! Decent price and a slightly bigger hostel so always people around to chat to. Rooms don't have locks but there are lockers. Air con in rooms and computers/wifi are good. Enjoyed my stay would recommend!

The first time I arrived at this hostel, there was one staff who was doing his job really well. Work fast and solving all of guests problems real quick. But he is too strict. Perhaps perfectionist. It was like we (guests) were criminals (or animals). Rules really strict. It made me not comfortable at all. I thought this hostel had calm and friendly atmosphere but it's not. I won't stay here again. There are so many good places nearby which offer good price and better service.
