This was my first visit to a hostel and Sunshine Bedz set the bar very high! I enjoyed my night here very much and would stay again if I returned to KL.

The expansion work made the premise quite dirty, but the staff always try to keep it clean. The metal floor edge should be covered with rubber or something since it could harm anyone who walk to the bathroom. Not as tidy as it was since the previous maid wasnt the anymore. But still a great place to sleep in the heart of KL.

location could not have been better. Showers were meticulously clean. Only thing wrong was the air conditioner poured water on the floor all night long and the sheets were really gross and pilled. They were too worn and needed to be replaced. otherwise, staff is great.

So many showers and amazingly friendly staff. This is a hostel that's been built with back-packers in mind! Very clean and comfy!!

Me and my friends stayed in SunhinebedzKL for about two weeks. After traveling for about two months we all agrees this was the best hostel up to now. This family hostel is good place to go to if you want to meat other people, but also if you want to have some time for yourself this hostel offers enough places for you. Showers and restrooms are clean and always available. Also the host, Patrick, is really nice and helps you with all the troubles you have. Even changing a mattress was no problem.

A really great place to stay. Stayed in a private room, big enough for two and very comfortable. went to the dorm room, looks comfy too. Great staff, the people are awesome, patrick, hater, jesse and everyone else. Most important, the place is really clean. and location wise, its exactly at the heart of bukit bintang and near to the bukit bintang monorail station.

Very clean and sociable. Drawbacks are that it is awkard to get changed if you are showering and there is no space to put your belongings in the bathroom or bedrooms.

Our private bathroom wasn't cleaned when we moved in and didn't have a toilet. They should write in the description that the private bathroom (at least the one we had) doesn't have a toilet. We would have just stayed in a room with shared bathroom if we had known in advance. The staff is okay, but not very helpful or anything. The hostel doesn't look newly renovated (as they say it is), but it's average/good enough. The internet didn't work well. Stay there anyways because of the great location!

Can do better. Good: Decent Common Area Breakfast (Toast) Bad: Location far away from tourist attractions (have to use metro and transfer to reach most destinations). Area not really nice, have to go up landing that is shared with sketchy massage parlor. In suite room is shower only, but the design makes it that you can intimately hear every person showering, I would opt for not having in suite at all in this case. Stayed at Raizzy's Guesthouse second time in KL, way better.
