They were doing renovations at the hostel while we were there so there was lot of noise, extra stuff lying around and people going in and out. That would not have not been a big problem (noise was annoying only at times) but it would have been nice to have gotten heads up about it - no information was given beforehand or at the check in. The common area downstairs was tiny, upstairs a bit better, but no airconditioning on common areas. Helpful and friendly staff when needed.

I really enjoyed staying at Sunshine Bedz KL for 4 days and 3 nights, I met many foreigners who come from many different countires. But there is not many breakfast like just bread and jams, I hope that Sunshine Bedz KL should offer more milk and fruit juices, etc. I hope that I will visit Sunshine Bedz KL if it offers other milk and fruits, etc. Thanks lots! Lin from Taipei city, Taiwan.

Amazing place, amazing staff, Patrick and the girls are stars. It is located exactly where you should be in KL with the train stop in front of the hostel and a McDonalds for late "emergencies", walking distances from anywhere. Good food around and a 3 min walk to a street full of bars and entertainment. Definitely I would stay there again.

Good Location, Clean facilities and Patrick is a cool boss. Renovations were a bit noisy but they should be completed by now.

Sunshine Bedz has a great homely feel to it, the staff all go out of their way to make sure everyone is comfortable and happy. Facilities are clean and there's plenty of them. The location is awesome, right next to the monorail and walking distance to everything you could need - great food, great shopping, great nightlife. Oh and special mention to the mattresses and pillows, they're the best of any hostel I've stayed in.

You guys are awesome. If there's just one complaint, it's about the rooms facing the street; noisy all-night construction or not, it's terribly loud and for most I believe, too loud to get a wink. Somehow 'soundproofing' these rooms a bit more would do wonders and then I wouldn't hesitate to say you guys are a perfect 10. Thanks!

Well, I generally don't like to write bad reviews, but this is vital. Good: Excellent location (across Lot 10). However, we are located right above a Massage Parlour, so for girls who are a little concerned about this, yeah. But they won't bothered you much (I'm a female), but they did bother my male cousin everytime he came to pick me up. Bad: the Noise. The construction of the road continued all the way until 1-2am nightly. Our windows open up to the main road, which is undergoing constructio

I have stayed here at the Sunshine Bedz hostel several times, and it's really a bit of a "home away from home", a nice cozy place to relax here in KL. The beds are quite comfortable, and they're currently expanding the hostel to provide more rooms and common areas to relax in. The location is probably the best for touring around the KL City Center, with the Bukit Bintang monorail stop, Paviliion and other shopping centers nearby as well.

Clean hostel with really friendly helpful staff good if you're looking for something in the Bukit Bintang area though not recommended if your looking for a nice communal area to hang out.

Nice atmosphere sometimes, the owner is quite an entertaining character. Rooms are very small though and it just feels a bit too crammed. Not a bad place, maybe a bit too expensive for the facilities. provided
