Great staff. Recent renovations have made the hostel much bigger than before with more common areas. Clean bathrooms. Noisy with people having fun but the staff enforce quiet time at night. The beds are fantastic and the pillows are excellent.

We didn'n expect a party hotel, but this is... But if u can sleep in noisy places without problems..then it's ok. Location is excellent! We are going back for sure!

Good, clean hostel here. Close to a monorail station, cheap food street, bars and clubs. Little bit of a party crowd but still chill enough. Stayed here twice and enjoyed it. The staff are the friendliest I've come across.

We arrived at 1am after a delayed flight worried that we would have problems checking in. The staff were very welcoming and were kind about the fact we weren't carrying any Malaysian cash to pay for the room upon check in, allowing us to pay the following day. The bed was comfortable and the showers and toilet area were clean. The only worrying aspect was the lack of keys used anywhere but the friendly nature of the hostel still meant we felt safe and lockers were provided for luggage!

I stayed Sunshine Beds for 2 nights last month during Chinese New Year. The location was perfect. The owner Patrick and his staff were so kind and friendly. I met nice people there, and I really enjoyed the stay, thanks. I would definitely stay there again.

The perfect place for a stay in Kuala Lumpur. 1 minute from Bukit Bintang monorail. Malls and food outlets close by. KL free bus from just outside. Patrick and the staff are so helpful and a free breakfast to start your day.

Amazing place, amazing staff, Patrick and the girls are stars. It is located exactly where you should be in KL with the train stop in front of the hostel and a McDonalds for late "emergencies", walking distances from anywhere. Good food around and a 3 min walk to a street full of bars and entertainment. Definitely I would stay there again.

we stayed for 2 nights in Sunshine Bedz KL and we got the big room. we the big windows so we could see the city and the monorail. the location is very near to the train station and it was really easy to find the food nearby this hostel. The staff are very welcome and friendly. they told us how to get the taxi with the cheap price, and how to get free bas/bus and they helped us with our stuff which it was really heavy. This hostel are lovely and very very clean :)

My time was very short at Sunshine beds. I only stayed one night. I was a bit disappointed based on all the positive reviews. I really disliked not having a lock on our door. Security for the hostel was ok as everyone needs to be buzzed in from the front desk. The atmosphere was very good. I did not go out, but it seemed everyone had a very good time. Many people were just coming in at around 5 am when I was leaving for the airport. The facilities, showers, beds, etc. were all very clean :)

Cleanest hostel in Asia, best pillows and mattresses in Asia, amazing staff, great common areas and perfect location, much nicer than the rubbishy and touristy Chinatown!

It is really close to the shopping mall called 'Lot 10', but is quite noisy outside too. There's filled with music from the shopping mall and noise of the cars and hawkers. but the staff here are of passion and interesting.

This is a proper backpackers hostel right in the heart of KL. The boss, Patrick and his staff are really helpful and friendly, and even upgraded our room for at no extra cost. We enjoyed it.

I've been to various hostel and this hostel is not like others. I was welcomed by this friendly staff at 2.30am as I just got back from miri. Eventhough it was late but this staff entertained and facilitated me upon my arrival. I was quite surprised with the facilities and the amenities that this hostel got yo offer. All in all im very satisfied.

They were doing renovations at the hostel while we were there so there was lot of noise, extra stuff lying around and people going in and out. That would not have not been a big problem (noise was annoying only at times) but it would have been nice to have gotten heads up about it - no information was given beforehand or at the check in. The common area downstairs was tiny, upstairs a bit better, but no airconditioning on common areas. Helpful and friendly staff when needed.

I really enjoyed staying at Sunshine Bedz KL for 4 days and 3 nights, I met many foreigners who come from many different countires. But there is not many breakfast like just bread and jams, I hope that Sunshine Bedz KL should offer more milk and fruit juices, etc. I hope that I will visit Sunshine Bedz KL if it offers other milk and fruits, etc. Thanks lots!
