Bed and bathroom were clean and these are the important ones! Breakfast was only standard bread and jam. The wall was very thin till you could hear the people in the other room chatting at night or people were working on the renovation in day light. At least it was a safe place guarded 24 hours with some helpful and friendly staff.

Very good hostel, the breakfast could be more diverse, but otherwise very good. Like the very solid beds in the dorm that don't even shake when you climb up, the clean facilities and the friendly atmosphere. Was a pleasure to stay!

the staff welcomed me very good, although I arrived there before check in time.the room, toilet and bathroom were very clean.Moreover,they has many big chairs for sitting leisurely to read a book, play internet via WiFi. The Flaw I found was Location which located above the massage service.So many massagers(look like prostitute) would waiting at the entrance to Sunshine Bedz KL which somebody may not like that.

Definitely the place for a NYE's celebration! If you're after excellent location, friendly & helpful open-minded staff, value for money, easy access to local cuisine, shops and transport then Sunshine Bedz is the place!! A great guy, good at heart, full of jokes, cheeky smiles, generosity and knows where to go & what to do!

The dorm rooms are clean and comfortable, with good air con - a must for KL. The staff were really friendly too, and it was great to have the free simple breakfast (tea/coffee and toast) and to have access to the free tea and coffee throughout the day. It's a very small space so not a great deal of room to sit about and chat with people, but not a massive issue. The Bukit Bintang area outside is pretty hectic though, so if you prefer a quieter area of town don't stay here...

Amazing location . Walking distance to all main tourist attractions, train station etc. Staff friendly enough but did lack a bit of atmosphere. Wasn't a very social environment . No laundry service but is one close by that is cheap. Very noisy as it is on the main street that runs through the city. Need ear plugs. Overall, perfect location . Clean, just lacks abit of soul.

It was a room without windows (it was interior one), but it was quite big. It could be nicer if you put some special lamp to avoid mosquitos. The stairs to access to the hostel are too narrow and sloping. The best: free internet (it's not so common in Malaysia to find it)

I never stayed in KL before, but this hostel really offered very good services, compared to my previous days travel in hongkong. This hostel is very recommended, very cheap, quite big rooms even on the dorm style (which was usually not on my last several travel time). The hosts are friendly, bathrooms are very clean as well as its restroom. The location is so just brilliant, a lot of shopping venue surrounds as well as dining place. Overall, perfect for me!!

The dorms were a little small without much room to move around or rummage through your stuff. However, the location is unbeatable for KL and totally worth it.

We took a double room there, and we were very satisfied. The room was super clean, the staff is very very helpful and the hostel is close to everything. We were nicely surprised regarding the price of the room. If you search for a very clean place, friendly but not invasive and close to everything don't go any further thats the place to be.

Basic but good if you plan an active stay in the city. The room was small and let in the noise from the street but if this doesn't bother you it's great. In a good location, near a central monorail station.

Never had better hosts anywhere! If you´re in KL - stay here!

Cleanest hostel I've come across in SE Asia. Cheap, friendly, good Internet, great location and they have a good guitar - what more can you ask for?

Clean and well kept hostel. Simple continental breakfast is served. Although not such a great hostel to meet other travelers.

i had an emergency call from my girlfriend in philipines. they never knocked on my door or a left a note. then the staff proceeded to IMLPY that maybe I have another woman in my room??? that remark really hurt and upset me and my girlfriend the staff are fellow Filipino too?? they should be more helpful to other Filipinos. the staff was very unprofessional and very bad judgment in handling that emergency call and making those derogatory remarks about me.
