A very professional and helpfull staff. Great living room and a super kitchen!! For those who enjoy cooking- i recommend!!
The positive aspects of the hostel are location and the breakfast. However, the place maintenence was poor. Wifi signal is very bad everywere. The bedrooms are smelly. The personal was careless and security was doubtely. We had a bad experience on this place. The cost is to high in relation to the general aspects of the hostel.
Overall great places, but not enough warm blankets. Got early breakfast with coffee before I left early for my bus and that was super from the host! Thanks!

Very kind staff but the hostel is located on top of a hill, which makes ir hard to walk. The Wi-fi never worked.

Really good breakfast - pancakes, cereal, yoghurt, bread, jam... Dorms at the back of the building are a little dark and gloomy, a lake view would be nicer! Jacuzzi available to book for an hour if you want (included for private rooms and pretty cheap for people staying in dorms).
The girl that worked the night shift was great. So helpfull, friendly, nice. Really great.

We found a frendly environment and very good services, the staff always willing to help and address your needs adequately.
Good breakfast with fresh pancakes made and eggs. Paula is lovely and very helpful. There was also a guy working there who was very friendly. The beds are small and the bunk beds are not stable, they wobble with the slightest movement. The 4bed dorms are quite small but with their own bathroom. There are big lockers to use. The kitchen is ok and there's a living room and outside deck space. However I feel there are better hostels in Bariloche. The wifi was awful.
Breakfast was really Nice (pancakes
The most uncomfortable hostel bed I have ever slept in, made worse by the fact that the bunk above me creaked all night, every time the occupant moved a millimeter. The staff on reception varied from extremely friendly to not so friendly depending on who was on. Breakfast was a sugarfest, nice if that's what you are into.
great location, it's along a street with basically all the other hostels, far enough from the square that you don't hear the noise of it, but close enough to walk within minutes. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Amazing breakfast!
This hostel is OK. The location is good in Bariloche. IMPORTANT THING: When you pay your hostel at the beginning don't forget to ask for a receipt of the amount you have paid. In our case there were a confusion between us and the staff and we have had to pay again at the end of the stay. I think the staff is honest, but they made a mistake and badly recorded what we have paid at the beginning and we have had to pay 30% more at the end, because we had no proof that everything was already paid.
the main complaint I have is related to no basic respect to privacy. I have stayed in 8 bed dorm room. the bathroom is open with no doors to the showers and no locks to the rest rooms. in addition the WiFi works occasionally. the room I have stayed was 8n 4th floor with no elevator. breakfast was OK. location is a bit far from the center.
The beds in the mixed dorm were awful, especially the upper bunks. You can hardly sleep because you always fear that the bed falls apart. The showers have no door (especially awkward in mixed dorms!) and no space to put your stuff. The toilet doors can't be locked. The staff is nice but unable to give proper advice. Instead of saying they don't know they tell you just something and you usually end up asking your way around town again.
Great location, nice living room area but the best so far was the hostel staff, Paula and Natalia at the reception made everything in their hands to made my stay memorable, assistance with bookings, great suggestions... Just brilliant! Thank you!!!! Lo mejor del hostel es el personal de recepcion, Natalia y Paula hicieron todo lo posible por hacer mi estancia inolvidable, sugerencias, ayuda con reserva de excursiones.... Increible! Muchas gracias!!!
Marco was very friendly and helpful. He helped us getting around and recommended things to do. The hostel is situated about 10 min walk from the center of town. The facilities are nice. The bunk beds can use some fastening so they do not rock when someone on the top is moving.
Noise is my greatest concern with the hostel. Guests return late at night and talk all the way up the stairs as the sound echoes down one hallway and through the staircase. The same headache happens when people hangout on the back deck. I would expect management to remind guests to be quiet. Breakfast is okay but after a week of the same thing it gets old. I was expecting that on Christmas at least there would be something different--but no.
Great private rooms, almost like in a hotel. But the doorms aren't that good. The annoying thing ist, that you can't close the bathroom and the bathroom is very tiny as well. The basket for the toilet paper is outside the bathroom. Great breakfast tough!
This is one of the best hostels we've stayed in in South America. Just a 5 min stroll from central square and main street. Spacious room, excellent bed and shower. We had a private room with great view of the lake and got to use the jacuzzi for free. Staff is very helpful and speak perfect english. When our flight got cancelled they helped us to make all the necessary changes and arrangements. Finally the breakfast is also perfect with a range of choices and a woman making pancakes and eggs.
Great views and that's about it. There are way better hostels if im honest...
