Todo estuvo perfecto!! muy buena onda y excelente servicio, la habitación con vista al lago, el rico desayuno, los recepcionistas muy atentos.
It was a short stay but the staff was realy helpfull when I had to book a ticket . Breakfast was great too... The bed was comfortable so I really recomend it. I have nothing bad to say...

Just a place to stay one night for maximum. Cold atmosphere, facilities are run-down and they promise to be better than all other places what is ridiculous. We made a reservation for a 4-bed-dorm and got a 5-bed-dorm; not the way of treat I prefer.
Very basic hostel. Clean but basic. Guess U can't have it all.
Loved the pancakes for breakfast! Location is good, close to the HSBC and centre. Rooms are clean and spacious. Only the wifi was really poor!
Noisy. Lousy breakfast even by S American standards. No one talks to each other at breakfast. Front desk staff are rude, surly and don't even know when the bus terminal hours are. The internet cuts in and out as does the electricity esp on the "pink" floor, rm 10. Electric working elsewhere. Casual security for left bags. Owner TangoInn robs the bike rental company for the circuit around the lake charging $120 when the price is $150, also takes $24 of the $120. Not my idea of a good business.
We were six floors up, of course there was no elevator..which sucks after the walk from town (uphill). The internet did not work and staff were rude about resetting the routers. Good breakfast tho - pancakes & eggs cooked for you. Then back to reality - no real atmosphere, and nowhere really to chill out with other guests. Oh, and was awoken at 1am one morning when the tap in our shower burst, was spewing water everywhere for over an hour... was glad to leave.
This was a big hostel, almost a hotel. We don´t like big hostels, but that´s personal. The breakfast was great, pancakes every morning! Common room was nice with TV´s and pool tables. There were lockers in the dorm but they were broken so not very usefull. Cleanliness was good
It is a nice place to stay but I asked and payed for a 4 bed dorm and they suddenly added an extra bed to the room without further explanations. All other features were quite good!
Nice hostel. We met some great people here so that always makes your stay more enjoyable. Umm.. I marked it down on facilities because they didn't have a cork screw haha. We had to run up the road to another hostel to use theirs (this hostel had a bar and pool table - it looked great). The kitchen is big butt he sink is in a STUPID place. Totally impossible to wash up your hinges because it's so confined. Also it's always filthy. The rooms were nice though.
This hostel was very good, the service was very good , all the workers were pation and always happy to help the costumer. this was one of the best hostel that i had ever been.
Nice hostel. Lots of the lockers in our room were broken so didn't feel too safe but staff were helpful and breakfast was good.
We booked this stay through Hostel World and actually ended up staying at Tango Inn Club Hotel down the road because there was a double booking and our room was no longer available. The staff at both locations were great in helping us through this. Staff at Club Hotel spoke excellent English and went out of their way to accommodate us, e.g. offering to store our bags
The Jacuzzi is only for free if you are at a private room. We did not know that and were a bit disappointet since entry to it was almost so much that we could have also booked a private room. Other than that it is a nice hostel. Wifi often doesnt work but the view from the terasse is beautiful
Very average hostel, you have to pay more money to use the hot tub and the terrace and bbq area were really dirty. They seemed to be the only hostel in the town that hadn,t organised something for new year. There are much nicer hostels to stay in.
Not the cleanest hostel, the room had cigarate smell and the not all of the lamps worked,

I actually stayed at the Tangoinn club, because the dowtown facility was undergoing renovations. Yet -the value I got for what I paid.
When we arrived at Tangoinn Hostel Downtown, there was a note on the door that the hostel was closed for renovation and that we were expected at Tangoinn Club Hostel. It´s a bit disappointing that the hostel keeps on selling their rooms on hostelworld while they are not open. However, we had a good time at Tangoinn Club Hostel, we actually got an upgrade from a dorm to a private room, for the same price as we booked for. Good breakfast, good computers, good location..
I was very disappointed in the lack of response when trying to reconfirm and check my booking a few days prior to arrival. Eventually I got a brief email in the early hours of the morning on the day I was due to check in informing me they were not open and I should go to their other hostel. I did not want to use that hostel as I had chosen a lake view room which they don't have so I asked for a refund of my deposit and did not get any reply.
