Penthouse 1004 is the most famous lodging in Bariloche, not only because of the stunning panoramic views, but also for its cozy and homely atmosphere.

We are located in the heart of the city center, only few meters from the main square. Steps away from bars, restaurants, bus stops, supermarkets and local shops. You can't get more central.

You can enjoy the scenery from every area of the house, including all bedrooms.
We have dorms with 4 and 6 beds, as well as 4 beautiful double rooms, three matrimonial and one with a twin option.
All of the rooms are spacious and luminous! They have central heating and individual lockers.

The large living room invites you to chill out on the comfortable couches after a long day of hiking.

The size and the furnishing of the dining room make the perfect place for socializing with guests from all over the world.

An eclectic selection of music helps to create the right atmosphere for each moment!

We have a fully equipped large kitchen with utensils and basic ingredients. The breakfast is included.

You can't miss sun bathing, having a drink, reading a book or just relaxing on the large balcony looking at the lake and the mountains.

We offer free luggage storage after check out until a certain hour, or in case you're going trekking.

Other services: laundry service, towels are included and you'll find a small selection of drinks (wine, beer and soft drinks), TV and some movies are also available.

The amount you pay upon booking (15% of the total reservation amount) goes exclusively to Hostelworld, not to the hostel.

- This property charges the first night of your stay to secure your reservation; in the event of a cancellation within the free cancellation period, the amount will be refunded to the same payment method used.

- The property will contact the guest to arrange payment.

- The property reserves the right to cancel the reservation if the guest fails to pay or respond to the property regarding the charge.

- In the event of late cancellation or no-show, the first night is non-refundable.

If Penthouse 1004 doesn't respond to your requests within 24 hours and you don't contact them, your reservation may be canceled.

- Please note that you are reserving beds in dormitories, not necessarily in the same room. We’ll always try our best to put groups together, but it’s not something we can assure.


- Cancellation Policy: 7 days. If you cancel later or in the case of a no-show, your deposit will not be refunded and the total of the first night's accommodation will be charged to your payment card.
