One word - institutional. Too many rules. - check-in time 18h00 - why so late? - common area closes at 22h00 or 23h00. I understand being quiet but restricting guests from using a common area? - there were 3 of us chatting over a coffee after breakfast. We were told we had to leave because breakfast time was finished. Huh?

Half of the staff seems not te be interested at all in their (potential) clients. Worse is the wrong informaiton they provide about their prices. They claim not te know that hostelbookingsites als hostelbookers en hostelworld provide discount on the hostelprices ia absurd. I check these sites during weeks, and found out that there was ALWAYS a discount on the days su/mo/tu/wed =8.25 euro and th/fri and sa = 11 was the standard price.
