Staff very, very helpful. Made several calls, on my behalf, trying to arrange a ride to the Cliffs of Moher. Kitchen facilities were great. Would have been nice if they would have at least had toast or cereal though. Wi-fi in room was great. It was quiet and peaceful.

Your website needs maintenance. I booked a single room for 2 nights. I entered my credit card information, & the dates on my booking were changed and I had to redo everything. I immediately emailed the Sleepzone and received a reply, saying it would be sorted out. When I arrived, the man at the desk said there was a single room for 1 night & the 2nd night I'd have to share a dorm with 3 other women. Next morning he said I'd now be sharing w/5 other people. Not suitable for an older traveler.

Hostel grand. But we booked and paid for 6bedroom dorm.120euro. And there were five of us. And they came and took the 6th matress out of the room when there were only 5 of us, even though we paid for the bed. Never got he 20euro back either. Bit cheeky I think.

very nice hostel, the living room is cozy, and has even a fireplace. there's a very big kitchen and a huge fridge. the only thing I would complain was that it was pretty cold in the whole hostel, approximately around 19 degree

French staff is not very usefull, unable to solve any problem. Anyway, the hostel is very nice. Staying here, you have a good base for trips around.

When we arrived, we were told check out was at 10:30 by the young woman at the front desk. When we went to our room the sign on the door read that we needed check out by 10:00. Staff needs to know important details as simple as a check out time. When I went into the our private bathroom. I discovered the shower head lying in the tub. It was broken and would not stay mounted on the wall like it should have. Needless to say, taking a shower was awkward. I will not stay at this hostel again.
