Good hostel. Clean. Good staff. Very close to pub street. Only issue was thag the bunk beds were a little high and the ladder didn't quite reach the bottom, a slight problem for a short person like me. And disappointed that breakfast wasn't included for the price. But overall, good hostel.

Ordered food at the bar downstairs - they forgot my order so after 30 minutes I asked and they replied they had forgotten about it. Then 25 minutes after that they had forgotten again. No discount on my order. Also ordered a manicure and all they did was painted my nails clear. Manager is good but wouldnt go to again.

We loved this place, it has a nice bar, a pretty sweet pool, the rooms were amazing (6 dorm bed, with big and clean bathroom) and the staff is genuinely nice and very helpful. The Aussie owner told us what to do and what to see during our limited stay and (this is why I rated 100%) informed us about all the scams and rip-offs in the region. Best hostel to stay here. ADD: if you're travelling from BKK, do the trip yourself, google "travelfish bangkok to siem reap". Avoid the scam!

Amazing hostel with a pool and clean and spacious dorms. Easy to meet people , delicious food and good cocktails at the pool bar. You can book all kind of trips and they have nice tuk tuk drivers right at the street waiting for you. Enjoyed my stay very much !

I really relly liked my stay at the Siem Reap Hostel. The pool was great for cooling off after the temples, the staff was very friendly and helpful and the food pretty good. Our tuk tuk driver for two days (Voy ?) was incredibly friendly!!

Problems with the AC that never got resolved, hard as the staff tried (which, to their credit, was really hard). Shelves in the shower wouldn't be unappreciated. Staff is so lovely. Pool is amazing. Great value.

I had a really nice stay here. The staff were really nice and helpful with booking buses and tours. The bar (with $0.50 happy hour beer!) and food were really good. And it was great that they had a nice pool when I came back from all the temples or walking around in the heat.

We arrived very early and we really appreciated our transfers to the accomodation. Staff were very accomodating and we had a buffet breakfast which was much needed and very ideal at $2. They also had a swimming pool and a relaxing environment. PLUS WIFI. They also helped organise tours and tuk tuks which was great.

Brilliant! There is a reason why this place is so popular, perfect location, walking distance to everything, lovely owners and just a really well run professional hostel. Only negative was I thought the laundry was overpriced, $2 per load is too much.

Great hostel. Good location, 3 minutes from town. Clean rooms and big lockers, big enough for your big bag. Good for meeting people with bar and restaurant on ground floor. Staff very helpful and I would go back.

One of the best hostels I've ever stayed in if not the best. The staff, specifically the manager couldn't be more helpful. The rooms are spotless and the beds are super comfy, easy to meet people and less than a 5 minute walk to pub street (where all the bars and restaurants are). No noise at night, 24 hour reception, has a pool and bar downstairs. What more could yo ask for?!

I left after one night because of a moldy smell in the dorm room, must be inside the walls, so not easily fixed. They were fully booked that night so couldn't change me to another room. Two of us had lost our voices by the morning, could be a coincidence, or due to the mold/toxicity in the air. I realize not everybody is as sensitive to these things and therefore didn't really complain. but the owner was very apologetic anyway and offered me my money back. I thought that was a nice move.
