Helpful friendly staff. Beautiful view of the temple from the balcony. Private room was gorgeous, spacious and with very generous bathroom. Working hot water and lots of space to hang clothes!! I can see why this has been Cambodias best hostel two years in a row. However I can hardly say that three times a charm. It nothing major wrong with the place, everything just starts to get really worn and fall apart. Still good and the pool is awsome.I can see why this has been Cambodias best hostel two years in a row. However I can hardly say that three times a charm. This seems to be the only hostel in Siem Reap. I have no idea how it won best hostel in Cambodia 2008. The staff barely acknowledge you & they can barely understand you. We asked for our shower (that didn\'t drain) to be fixed, they said OK but it never happened, same with sheets. We ended up staying 9 nights & they never changed the sheets. There is also a construction site next door. Only pluses are the pool, air conditioning & that we had a room to ourselves most of the time. Not a fan at all...MoreThis seems to be the only hostel in Siem Reap. I have no idea how it won best hostel in Cambodia 2008. The staff barely acknowledge you & they can barely understand you. good social areas including bar and pool area, friendly staff. cleaning standards were okay but could be improved, internet was either not working or painfully slow. overall a good place.good social areas including bar and pool area, friendly staff. cleaning standards were okay but could be improved, internet was either not working or painfully slow. overall a good place....Close
