Really decent hostel, pool is a huge plus. Could be a bit cheaper, but not too far out of town, nice staff. Was empty most evenings though.

This was my second time staying at The Siem Reap Hostel & I still loved it! The rooms are spacious, clean & the staff are willing to help out with any queries. They have organised the tours/tuk tuks really well & the location is great. Still wouldn't stay elsewhere & one of the best places I've stayed on South East Asia!!

Great hostel for those wanting to meet other young people (most of whom like to party), with good location and clean rooms. Price is a little high for the area, but the amenities are worth it.

This hostel disappointed us. The staff were OK, however I had emailed beforehand to ensure I could print out. When I got there they said it was not possible although I had told them the quantity in the original email. Also the vibe is very very partyish. If you want to drink beer and get laid then this is the place for you. If you want to get some sleep, have a chilled out drink and go temple exploring you are better staying somewhere else. Inconsiderate dorm people, nature of the hostel.

I would have said the location is excellent, but there were closer hostels. Siem Reap is small though, so it doesn't matter too much. The staff seemed a bit uncaring sometimes. They would always answer my questions, but never really went further. Maybe it was the language barrier (I only speak English). Great common rooms, has pool, foosball, a bar, a pool.

The Siem Reap Hostel is everything you would want in a hostel, good location, clean, comfortable beds, airconditioning, a good bar with 50 cent happy hour, good food and a fantastic swimming pool. The only down side is the large number of Tuk-Tuk drivers who constantly torment you every single time you leave and even when you come back! But this is standard fare in Siem Reap. Recommended.

This hostel is good value considering the price. Booked into a single but was given a 3 bed all to myself. Room facilities were rather basic but functional. Plus point would that WiFi is available in the room. The room had large lockers under the bed which can ve very helpful although you would require your own lock. Only thing to watch out for is the bed. OK for me (173cm) but not for anyone taller. My feet were already touching the edge.

Great hostel! Good value. A few blocks from the main streets, which was nice. They helped organize our travel back to Thailand, and sight-seeing in Angkor Wat. The bar/restaurant/pool area was really nice. Good happy hour prices. Breakfast included with private rooms, which was nice. One of the best hostels I have stayed at.

Best hostel I have ever stayed in! Friendly, helpful staff as soon as you walk in the door; really clean, big rooms and a cool bar/pool area. Is really close to Pub street with all the main bars, and also the market. Very easy to organise heaps of stuff through the hostel, such as temple tours, buses, food walks, and the airport pick up was really helpful. Only place I would stay at again in Siem reap. Really cool Aussie couple running the place, and a dorm for $6 a night, you can't go wrong.

No wonder this hostel has won a few awards. The rooms are fine, clean. What I really liked was the bathroom and shower were separate from each other. The staff were all very helpful, the prices for tuk-tuks to the temples is very reasonable, food great, and to top it off they have a swimming pool. Thanks to Tiane, Brian, Ratha, Pete, Ni and the rest of the staff that made my experience in Siem Reap a great one!!
