no complaints at all. If you are a backpacker planning to see ankor wot, stay here.
Chilled, friendly hostel giving back to the local community. are all very helpful so it's a great place to book all your trips and buses. Great selection of food at good prices, including a buffet breakfast. The pool although indoors offers great shelter from the heat and the 3 daily cinema screenings are a great way to spend a hungover afternoon. A short walk from pub street so not THE party hostel but a good place to meet others to go out. Rooms are comfortable and large.
The Siem Reap Hostel is one of the greatest hostels I've ever been to! The staff is very friendly, helpful and speaks English decently. Our room was large, clean and even had a balcony. The hostel offers additional services like tours to the temples or bus bookings which are also excellent. The breakfast is really good for a hostel, especially the fruits. It is also possible to eat lunch or dinner there; the meals are delicious and very good value for the money, as are the drinks.
Fantastic hostel! Had everything you could possibly want from a hostel. The staff are incredible, very friendly and helpful, even the tuk tuk drivers. Common area downstairs is great for socialising and is not too far away from pub street and the old market. Nice little chilled place to stop! Full marks guys!
Had a great stay here at the hostel, made everything so comfy for a solo traveller like me.
Stayed in the female dorm. Beds were comfortable enough and the atmosphere was great. very easy to book everything from the hostel and had good rates. There are fixed prices for things like tuktuks and they are very upfront about why they have fixed rates so you never had to worry about getting ripped off. I would stay here again.
Friendly, comfortable atmosphere. Mangaers Gus and Driess are great.
Great environment and easy to meet people. Gus and Dries are great!
I really enjoyed my stay at this hostel! It has a really good atmosphere, and its very social but chilled out at the same time. I like the cinema room and the all day food service the best! Very good location near the old market and the hostel has tuk tuks that will take you to the Temples for a standard fee.

Extremely well run by friendly staff, clean with a great social side. All around a fantastic 3 nights, would go back in a heartbeat.
Great place to stay! Pool was amazing, rooms were clean and spacious, and easy to book tuk tuks and buses.
Best hostel we stayed in whilst on our travels. Staff friendly and welcoming, stayed in a private room which was spacious and had a balcony. Inside swimming pool great for escaping the sun. Food here is very good and great value. Happy hour two for one cocktails - best deal in Siem reap! All tuk tuk drivers here are very friendly and helpful. Location is just up the road from the main areas for an evening. Highly recommend! Would definitely return
Probably the best hostel I've stayed in
Easily one of the best hostels I have ever stayed in. Refreshing to see a foreign owned business actually making a positive difference for workers in the local community. Both managers (Gus and Driess) were great guys with honest experienced traveller personalities that know how a hostel should be run and maintain the highest of standards. Bravo.
second best hostel I have ever stayed in
There are under-bed lockers so it's easy to keep your stuff nice and safe..the beds are also sturdy and comfortable.. however I advise against missing the ladder as you get off the top bunk in your sleep..the fall hurts. Staff are friendly and helpful, it's easy to meet people but the large tables in the bar suck a bit of the atmosphere away. Minor quibble. There's a nice pool & a very comfortable cinema that shows films a few times a day. Location is good for getting to town whilst still quiet
Very clean and comfortable. The pool/bar area is really nice for chilling and the rooms are comfortable and cool. All the staff seemed really friendly and helpful
