Air-con running all night and day, couldn't be switched off - annoyingly lound and causing dry coughs. Very loud hotel from the neighbouring rooms, closing doors, chatting and walking on the floor. Construction works from 7:30 am until late afternoon just in front of our window (where the curtains couldn't be fully closed) disturbing sleep an privacy. Breakfirst mediocre (no marmelade, horrible coffee, no boiling water for the tea, no eggs, no plain joghurt). Rooms in the basement very dark.

The hotel is without elevators, so those who are with either heavy or many luggages please be mindful of it.. However the hotel's staffs are more thank willing to help us, just seek their kind assistance if needed...

Great value for money, great room - very smart.

Great find and very good value for money. More of a hotel than a hostel.

Check-in was cold and unfriendly, room was very small, neighbours noisy. But I guess that's what you get when you want to sleep affordable in London. The location is brilliant if you fly Heathrow.

Very impressed with facilities and cleanliness.

Really good value for money, rooms were modern and clean and the beds were some of the most comfy I've ever laid on, great nights sleep.

I really appreciated the room upgrade. My room was extremely very well appointed. While the building is undergoing renovations, the upside is it had no effect on the quality of the stay. I appreciate the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff, which added to the enjoyment of this facility. The location in London is excellent being handy to two underground stations in on a lovely street in West Kensington.

The wifi in room is bad, but the breakfast is delicious!

The wifi in room is bad, others are fine.

Really enjoyed my stay and would definitely return again.
