This hostel is great if you are looking for quite and cheap accomm in London with easy access to Heathrow and town via the Piccadilly Line. They have a reasonable free breakfast, I didn't use the kitchen during my stay. The rooms were clean and there were several families staying there which made for a quite hostel which is what I was after this time. I would stay there again.

The location was great other than that, me and my friend comtemplated leaving the hostel early. The room and showers where not fully clean but the biggest issue of all was how the hostest treated individuals. the individual that i shared the hostel was involved in verbal dispute with the host that displayed a high level of unprofessionalism. With all that being said i would never, return to that hostel again. Sorry i am just being honest.

Good: - clean and good beds - sink in the room - good breakfeast bad: - I booked that hostel because hostelworld said it would have a parking space. But you have to pay for the space £ 2,40 per hour. - The staff was not very helpful to find a better parking space. - The TV in the room was broken. - The showers were dirty and had only cold water. - Originally we wanted to cook at least one meal, but the kitchen and all the tools were also dirty and ugly.

1.On the 2nd floor, there was no hot water in both showers. The 3rd floor showers were functioning, but for 1 day, one was out of order. The shower was also not very clean. 2.Although there was a kitchen available for guests, the place was very shabby on the whole. Everything looked old, dirty, and the space was cramped. 3. Extremely squeaky beds. 4. Stairwell was narrow. The whole interior could use a paint job. Should not be called a hotel at all! Only good thing : lounge & heating

One of the guys at the reception was very unfriendly, arrogant and moody, but the breakfast team was nice and diligent providing enough food and cleanliness in the breakfast room. The breakfast was okay. I stayed in a six-bed room which was so small that not more than two persons could be in the room in the same time. The mattresses are old and thus saggy and the bunk beds desperately need to get repaired or replaced!!! The ceiling in one of the showers was fully covered with mould!

There was no hot water in shower and temperature in shower room was freezing, so imagine cold shower in cold room in December! It's far away from everything except the underground which is 4 min walk from hostel! Check out is at 10:00 pm not 10:30! Room was clean and beds very comfortable! Not so much privacy in room so I wanna recommend to management invest in curtains for more privacy and heating in rooms and showers! Breakfast is standard toast, bread, drinks, milk, cornflakes!

Rooms were terrible! Mattress very poor and basically one of the worst hostels I have stayed. Showers often didn't have hot water which in a British winter isn't acceptable. Kitchen facilities none existent. A fridge and a stove and that's it, does not class as a kitchen. One plate a knife and a spoon. Terrible! Would not recommend this place ever!

Definitely I’ll return to this hostel. We stayed in a basic twin private room, the room was small but enough to our stuff and save it properly. It even included a kettle, tea and cups. The size of the bed was good, note that I’m 1.80m. I’m quite pleased with the cleanliness. The location is OK, 30 min from the main attractions. It’s in the zone 2 of the underground, and just 5min away from the station. They really gave me value for money.

It's fine for the money and the location is good but the showers on our floor did'nt work the entire week we stayed there. The women staff were really nice but the men were boorish! There were no utensils in the guest kitchen and some perv dressed only in a towel was permanently hanging around the kitchen! Average overall.

-unfriendly staff (never said hello, often rude, etc.) -Not very safe -Not clean AT ALL (especially showers and bathroom), hostel does not have a clean smell -Too expensive for size of rooms -beds are VERY old and uncomfortable -always loud and very noisy, at all times of the morning. heard the staff yelling as early as 5 am every morning and it was quite annoying -hotel charges for EVERYTHING -good breakfast -will probably never recommend the hotel unless they are looking for a great location.

I spent 3 days in this hostel and I really appreciate to be there. Staff is really friendly and I had all the facilities I was waiting for. The place is very safe and it is very cheap.

The hostel was silent, I slept very well. The staff was friendly and everything worked fine. There was always hot water and the shower were okay. Sometimes a little bit dirty, especially on the evenings before cleaning, but all in all the hostel is worth it's money. Although the coffee is bad :/ The hostel is located just a few minutes to the tube station and you just need a few minutes to get into the city. I slept in a four-bed dorm and we were able to lock the room with a card.

Multiple fire hazards, especially the cupboard that houses the fuse box and misc electricity circuits, which was filled with linen left on bare uninsulated wires, internal fire alarm system that connects to external emergency services has been illegally disconnected. Given cheaper room for more expensive price. Very lazy and rude staff. See my full review on google plus connected to google maps... Really bad!! Don't stay here unless your an inspector, in which case please stay here.
