It wasn't clear enough when we booked the rooms on the website, when we got there two of us were alone in different rooms. You book a 6 bed room and you get a 4 beds room, it doesn't make any sense! They don't know how to clean properly. Also the lockers are not big enough for the normal luggage (hand luggage). The location is great but I wouldn't recommend it.

Great place to crash for a couple nights. I wouldn´t base my stay in London here- try to find something closer to the city center and you´ll have a better time at night.

The location is very good (two major tube stations very close the District and Picadilly lines). Breakfast is also fine (you can ask for more toasts) and the sheets and blankets are clean and comfy. Besides, the nights are pretty quiet. However, you should expect bunk beds for a twin bed room and for three days, none of us had been able to get a warm shower. Bathrooms are not very clean (trash bags are left in corners and towels used as bath mats are not often changed).

Seriously guys, by hiring someone who smiles or say hello, you would improve your ranking a looot! Apart from that -can't complain, was actually surprised after reading all the comments here because for me, the rooms are very decent! I think they lost my reservation cause I got a smaller room than I booked and I was alone there :D but I don't mind that kind of solution! :D Toilets could use a wipe. But just to stay the night, excellent value for money!

I certainly would NOT recommend this place! Very very very unfriendly staff. They were not helpful at all, didn't know anything about the area and didn't even try to make you feel welcome. In addition the shared dorms were tiny and the bathrooms dirty and some things even broken.

When we first arrived to our room we didn't realise a twin beds meant a bunk bed, although turned out to be a squeeze. The dates we were there, happened to be the same time while loads of school children were staying there, so this meant at night and early in the morning they were extremely loud i mean it didn't affect our sleeping but still quite irritating. We chose W14 as it had breakfast included, the breakfast was basic but was good as we both weren't big eaters, especially as it was extra.

This place was absolutely disgusting. The common areas and breakfast are quite good, but the actual rooms upstairs need serious help. The stair way is disgusting and the bathrooms were awful. I tried to avoid using the restrooms there for my entire stay. I do NOT recommend this hostel unless perhaps you just need a bed for a night. It is easy to find and in a good neighborhood

Great price and great location. Cleanliness was avarage. Excellent if you are looking a place just for sleeping. My only complaint was beds which are making great noise even you move slightly.

The place is decent for the money but the beds are hard and the bed creaks a lot. if someone get off the bed from top bunk, then everyone hears and wake up. then the front desk guy was VERY rude. Its farther from the center tourist attractions but I think it looks clean and the breakfast is good.

-The staff isn't the most welcoming you'll ever meet, but they are nice enough. I think they are more shy than anything. -The bathrooms were always clean and the shower had HOT water every time I used it. They also give you a free towel, which is nice. -The beds are comfy and so are the pillows. I'd have preferred an additional sheet, but it wasn't a big deal. -This isn't a party hostel, but if you are a couple, it's very nice. -I always felt safe. -The location is great. Very close to two unde

Staff were very standoffish. Laundry facilities were poor. Not enough showers and toilets. Toilets and showers often blocked. Showers were either boiling or freezing. Couldnt take in own food even though bar menu wasnt extensive. No one at the bar. Wi-fi advertised but hardly ever worked. Asked to get a cab called and you sent a private car company so we were WAY over charged and the driver didn't even take us to where we needed to go.
