I enjoyed staying at the Yellow hostel and I met many interesting people. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and I would stay here again. I will recomend this hostel to my friends. My only criticism is that wi-fi was not available in the rooms but just the bar but this was not a major issue for me. The breakfasts were nice and things were kept clean. I loved the music played at the bar! :)

nothing particular. i paid 18 euros for a dorm in another hostel near termini which was so much better. no kitchen, no breakfast, very noisy at night , good place if you wanna meet amricans and make noisy with them until morning. staffs are not interested in giving u infos, there was strike when i had to leave but just for the bus, n staffs said that there was no train even which was not true

Love the Yellow! It's one of the most fun hostels I've ever been to. I was sad to leave Rome. It was very easy to meet people as a solo traveler. The showers were pretty good and very clean too. I wish the bar was a bit cheaper, but that didn't stop me from going there every night. I also wish it had free breakfast but what you can buy is decent.

Good hostel. Central, 3 minutes from Termini station. Bathrooms, toilets always in order, clean, enough space. The bar is really good for meeting people, contains a terasse outside, on the street. All it lacks is a small kitchen with tables where one can mix a little bit of self prepared meals. Stuff is really nice, friendly and helpful.

The hostel was good, the showers and bathrooms were clean and confortable. I've stayed in a 6 mixted room and was confortable and big,and with a very big locker. But the security wasn't good, the door to the street were always open and anyone can go inside the hostel at any time, including the night. You don't have anything to drink, you have to buy everything you want, including breakfast, and you don't have any space to cook a refrigerator to save your own food.

I have stayed there for 7 seven nights.... The hostel is nicely located and the staff is really helpful... The room was big, the bed was fine, except from the blanket which was rather old (but I haven't used that). The hostel doesn't have any common area except the bar which is nice and cheap- but it is a bar.... so the people like me who prefer to chill rather than party in the evenings have no way to meet another 'calm travellers' However, the price was excellent and I will go back there..

I'm a real globertrotter and I have to say that the Yellow hostel is the best one I have ever been. The pub was great and I already miss the food I ate there.

Very good hostel. Our rooms were cleaned every day. Maybe one minus, although the staff was friendly and helpful there was one person who was annoying. I'm saying this because I think he is the manager. He was screaming and shouting at an other person of staff on the terrace were I was drinking my morning coffee. I had to go away because that person annoyed me greatly.

By the time I ended up in Rome I was really tired an not up for partying but I still had a good time at the Yellow. Rooms were nice and clean. I had the largest locker I've had in a hostel yet which was really nice. They do make you wear these obnoxious wristbands during your stay and the food at the bar is definitely not worth the money, but that's about the extent of my grievances. A towel was free to rent (with a deposit) and the wifi was really strong. Also conveniently located by Termini.

Great experience, loved the facilities, the bar and basement, the location very close to the main train station, the party, the people, the cleanliness, the price... it was really good.

Great party hostel! It wasn't the cleanest I've seen, but everything was provided for and was comfortable. They had neat lockers under the beds in my room. It was also very close to the train station and in an area that I felt safe in. I ended up meeting a lot of people because they have a bar and mini club downstairs.

I woold have liked a breakfast-buffet with vegitabels, cheese ans all kinds of meat. The staff is perfect, they all speak very well english and are very friendly. There is a lot of noise on the street at evening.

The Yellow was a great place to stay, very close to Termini station and central. Nice people, lovely bar and overall nice atmosphere. Also reasonably clean, and overall a very good value for money. Would stay there again if I'm in Rome.

I will surely return again at The Yellow if prices remain the same. Great value for money, the bar downstairs is great, rooms are clean and the hostel is located very close to Termini. If you are young and you are planning to visit Rome or to spend some days in Rome, The Yellow is the place to be.

great for groups, a little hard to meet people as a solo traveler. facilities are super clean. food and drinks are good and at a great price for rome. everything is in walking distance (but I love walking, so might not be the best judge)

Good location, but largest concern was arriving to the hostel at night. Although it is close to the train station, it goes through a very sketchy area where muggings are frequent and I heard many stories about people being robbed. That aside, it was very good hostel with great people, including the basement beer pong area that turns into a mini club. Fantabulous.
