Frist of all, we are terribly sorry about the unpleasure experiences you had during the stay in our hostel. your complaint is very valuable.I want to make a sincere apology about all the inconvenience and thank you for you good advices, we will improve our management to make sure we could offer the best experience to our guests and won't let the similar issue happen again. We glad we sloved it through good communication, You deposit have already refund to you,but still want to make some explanation about the deposit mistake, You have book a standard twin room for 2 nights from 29th-April to 1st-May. it costs 80RMB/night. and then a standard stwin room with lakeview for 1 night on 1st-May,which costs 130RMB/night. so that is the why you have been told to changed room, since you did not want to change you room and changed you booking to stay in the standard roon for 3 nights instead lakeview room,beacuse of 5.1 festival we have surffer some loss too. our staff did not count it right but your 10% deposit can not be used in that time by this situation but only 24RMB deposit. We haven't made full trainning to our fresh receptionists, who told you about the transportation (which should have been told to a nother couple there. Afterwards, we feel sorry to causing you so many inconvenient,thank you very much to bring these matter to me, we take this very serious and it help us to change to a better hostel.
