l had no high expectations as l was realistically only looking for a bed. Howeveve l was impressed with the accommodation l was give. it was a doulbe bed with shared bathroom on the top floor- attic- not balcony view. However the staff eplained to me l woud only be sharing with another couple. the cleanliness of the room was very good and the breakfast and customer service, everyone was very helpful/ l would definetly recommend this hotel, just minutes away from train/bus station.

Amazing view from the terrace in our room! Shared bathroom was unfortunate, but it was clean! Great breakfast included!

This place was structured like a hotel, but had hostel prices. The breakfast was really nice, and the location along the water was close to everything. The staff were also very friendly and helped me to book a trip on the cog train. Definitely would stay again!

This place sucked. They didn't provide any service whatsoever. I will never return here.

Wonderful location right on the river and close to the old town. Breakfast was great and the rooms were clean. Great place to stay.

The wall between the rooms are very thin, so very noisy.

I Love staying here..though its really far by walking from the station but its really worth it. The staff is really helpful and friendly, they gave us some suggestion to mount. Titlis. I definitely go back again someday and staying here.

The guys at the reception are real gems! They answer any and every doubt and solve all your problems. The location of the hostel is fantastic. There's actually a cycle that you can rent from the tourist spot at the station and return to a suare right next to the hotel. The whole place is nice and clean. Make sure you get a room facing the river. It's more spacious and waaaay more picturesque! The rooms facing the back are not lit so great and they really have nothing to look out at except a wall

Perfectly centrally locared in Lucerne to all the main sight seeing spots, lake cruises, shopping areas. Good availability of parking space. Good breakfast. Small but very comfortable & clean rooms, with the sound of the river flowing outside your window, very scenic. Very helpful staff. Would surely stay there everytime in Lucerne. Maybe just one toilet & shower per floor is bit too less, especially at weekends & holidays when queues there get long.
