The hostel was excellent. Very centrally located and clean. Also there were quite a few organised activities which were fun. I wanted to extend my stay, but unfortunately they were all booked out. I am now staying in another hostel nearby which is a little bit more expensive and not as good.

One of the best hostel I've ever been: the location is perfect (so close to everything) and the staff is great and always helpful. I spent only 3 nights there, but I wish I could have stayed longer.

Guys. I´ve been to this hostel 5 times now and there´s a reason for it. The staff is more welcoming and friendlier than anywhere else, the location is PERFECT, the place itself is really cool, nice and cozy, everything is clean and works and all the activies are worth experiencing. Perfect place to make friends for life and don´t forget to enjoy the included breakfast as well. Nothing to complain about, I absolutely love this hostel and you´ll see me there again. And again.

An excellent hostel that has the interests of its guests in mind. This is evident in many areas; Personable staff who are very knowledgeable not only about travel recommendations, but also about the world at large. Hostel rooms fitted with lockers give travelers a sense of mind while saving them the hassle of locking their belongings elsewhere. Daily events are organised to showcase a little bit of Lisbon's culture while allowing for great interaction between the hostel guests. A must-stay.

Staff and atmosphere fantastic. The organisation of something each night such as free Lisbon Soup, visits to Alfama (at a cost of course), and local sausage, cheese and wine tastings were all very social and got people together really well. The only gripe was that my single room had nowhere to put things--- apart from the floor that is. No shelves, no hangers, no table (although there WAS a little safe). The addition of some basics such as above would greatly aid the guests.

Excellent hostel, very helpful staff, amazing breakfast eggs, bacon, toast, juice & coffe or tea.Excellent walking tour. They always have something going on that is entertaining. Travellers location could not be any closer to just about all of the main Lisboa sites. I will definitely come back to this hostel when I visit Lisboa again.

WOW! Obviously stay here, if you can. Spent Christmas here, guided tours by tri/quadlingual employees are excellent, well spoken, informational, great areas to hang out. Nice facilities and the best breakfast Ive ever had in a hostel. The street it is situated on is perhaps the most busy/central street

This place is absolutely amazing. I have been traveling a ton over the past 4 months and this place surpasses any hostel or even hotel that I have ever been to. The staff is awesome, they had the best advice and hung out with us on a daily basis with fun activities or just hanging in the common areas. The free breakfast is also sooo good!! Eggs, bacon, toast, nutella crepes!!!! plus you can get a beer at any time for cheap and the wifi is excellent. I miss you travelers house!!!

Very great place and very recommandable - only one small downside: A lot of door-slamming from both other guests (evening/night) and staff (from 7-8am) from other rooms on the floor, which made nightssleep a bit rough.

The staff and atmosphere at Travellers House was very warm and welcoming! The rooms were good and safe with the locked "drawers" and a safety box. The breakfast was sufficient and, the common room was nice for relaxing and meeting new people. Overall I really liked my stay!!

Its a really great hostel. Most interesting thing is the atmosphere and friendly staff of Travellers House. I had great fun. It is at exact center of city so going around Lisbon becomes more easier. Great place .. Nice People. Even i would suggest do not miss the breakfast while leaving everyday in morning. Real good one :)

BOOK THIS HOSTEL NOW!!! just do it. I cannot say enough good things about this place. It feels like you're staying in a friend's house...a clean, comfortable, classy friend's house that has lots of fun things going on. They rotate between 3 different activities each night (bar crawl, neighborhood tour/fado, and petiscos night, where they cook in hostel). All of them are awesome!! The staff is all so so friendly and gui and joao are extremely helpful in giving you things to do! I miss them all!!

One of the best (if not the best) hostels I've ever been to. I got a room in a beautiful restored flat with full kitchen (even with honey, coffee, sugar...), TV, WiFi, comfortable armchairs, honestly, it was much better than my flat (furthermore there was someone cleaning daily and it was not me :-) If you're into socializing, you've got plenty of options, but if you're more the lonely type, you never feel any pressure for joining. It sure deserves its great reputation.

This is simply the best hostel i've ever been! And i've seen my fair share of hostels.. The location is as central as you can get, the rooms are clean, they have Apple-computers for internet, a comfy tv-room, bean bags to chill, PANCAKES OR EGGS for breakfast, loads of guidebooks. Also, the staff is really nice, and always helpful. They also have activities every night, which are highly recommended! Especially the one where they smoke saucages the whole night, delicious!
