If you're looking for a hostel - with hostel facilities and a bit atmosphere - then look elsewhere. There is no kitchen and there is very little atmosphere as it is essentially a large hotel. Was essentially a ghost town when I was there, but it was also the off season. But the staff are awesome and very helpful and friendly, it's very clean, pretty well located about 20 minutes walk from the train station and 15 from the port, and for a hybrid hotel / hostel, you're getting a pretty good deal.

Great hotel style hostel. Is a hotel with a dorm room. Great rooms and ensuite bathrooms, super clean. Friendly and helpful staff.

Ulisse is perfect for beautiful Sorrento. The staff are absolutely amazing. So nice and helpful. Great location, super clean (my towel got changed daily, thank you!) Its a hotel with dorms, which means lack of atmosphere (i was also there on the off season) however i hung out with the girls in my room every night/day. And Sorrento is more of a chilled out, relaxing place so the quiet atmosphere is very welcoming. The Xmas decorations were a huge bonus! I would recommend, and will be back!!

A really wonderful location in the area. Easy to walk places, but it is a hotel and not a hostel, so its hard to meet people and have that social enviroment

A hotel. Well managed, clean, convenient. Quite distant from the train station, but close to everything else (Sorrento's a pretty small place anyway)

This isn't necessarily a negative, but it is important to note, it's a hotel, so there is no hostel atmosphere. The light only works with the card inserted in this thing which when you're a bunch of strangers is a bit annoying. Very clean, lovely staff, comfy bed, good wifi, quiet, would stay again.

Awesome deluxe luxury hostel. Dorm Rooms need some ventilation. Reception staff are nice, place is clean. Very quiet atmosphere, very relaxing.

Great facilities and staff! Feels less like a hostel and more like a hotel. Staff was very helpful and the stay was comfortable. They provided a free parking space for my scooter. Unfortunate that I couldn't use the pool since they have it closed in evenings and Sundays.

Literally a hotel. Very friendly staff, extremely helpful, great location. Would recommend. Not social though.

Very posh hotel with a few hostel rooms. Short walk to old city and port. Helpful front desk. Big bathroom with tub shared by roommates. Mini fridge. Not enough lockers, but very large. Comfortable bed. Not enough outlets for charging. Good WiFi. Beautiful lobby. Breakfast is 10 euros, but big buffet. Clean large towel every day! Must put key card in to have lights. Good A/C. No window in room. Noisy hallway; woke us in the morning with people carrying luggage. Nice lobby

Staff ;Mr.Giuseppe and Ms.Maria were so friendly and very helpful perfect place to stay.

Very clean. Easy to find and a good value in a pricey area. Not much of a hostel atmosphere if traveling alone but good for friends or traveling couples.

Beautiful place. If you are used to the regular European hostel, you'll be shocked by this place. Its really more of a hotel with a huge lobby, sitting area and a bar. Rooms are nice, private bathroom and super CLEAN! very very worth the money

It's a great hostel, but not a lot of fun. The bar seems not be working. Still, it's a great place to stay!

I was there for one night, there is like a hotel its clean and good but to meet and know new people its not good and easy, for my opinion there is nothing for complain.

so helpful with everything. ended up staying longer. They will tell you anything about Sorrento, Capri, or Almafi coast. Friendly staff at all times of the day/night. More hotel than hostel.

We waited almost half an hour at the hotel to see the owner! Nobody was there when we arrived. We phoned ask others in order to reach him. Otherwise I don't know how much we would have wait. Nevertheless, he is a good host, he helped us with our luggages and gave us good informations for our stay. Breakfast was very good! and the choice was ok. The inconvenient was that the room was clim less! but we knew it. Bed are ok
