This isn't necessarily a negative, but it is important to note, it's a hotel, so there is no hostel atmosphere. The light only works with the card inserted in this thing which when you're a bunch of strangers is a bit annoying. Very clean, lovely staff, comfy bed, good wifi, quiet, would stay again.

Awesome deluxe luxury hostel. Dorm Rooms need some ventilation. Reception staff are nice, place is clean. Very quiet atmosphere, very relaxing.

Great facilities and staff! Feels less like a hostel and more like a hotel. Staff was very helpful and the stay was comfortable. They provided a free parking space for my scooter. Unfortunate that I couldn't use the pool since they have it closed in evenings and Sundays.

Literally a hotel. Very friendly staff, extremely helpful, great location. Would recommend. Not social though.

Very posh hotel with a few hostel rooms. Short walk to old city and port. Helpful front desk. Big bathroom with tub shared by roommates. Mini fridge. Not enough lockers, but very large. Comfortable bed. Not enough outlets for charging. Good WiFi. Beautiful lobby. Breakfast is 10 euros, but big buffet. Clean large towel every day! Must put key card in to have lights. Good A/C. No window in room. Noisy hallway; woke us in the morning with people carrying luggage. Nice lobby

Staff ;Mr.Giuseppe and Ms.Maria were so friendly and very helpful perfect place to stay.

Very clean. Easy to find and a good value in a pricey area. Not much of a hostel atmosphere if traveling alone but good for friends or traveling couples.

Beautiful place. If you are used to the regular European hostel, you'll be shocked by this place. Its really more of a hotel with a huge lobby, sitting area and a bar. Rooms are nice, private bathroom and super CLEAN! very very worth the money

It's a great hostel, but not a lot of fun. The bar seems not be working. Still, it's a great place to stay!

I was there for one night, there is like a hotel its clean and good but to meet and know new people its not good and easy, for my opinion there is nothing for complain.

so helpful with everything. ended up staying longer. They will tell you anything about Sorrento, Capri, or Almafi coast. Friendly staff at all times of the day/night. More hotel than hostel.

We waited almost half an hour at the hotel to see the owner! Nobody was there when we arrived. We phoned ask others in order to reach him. Otherwise I don't know how much we would have wait. Nevertheless, he is a good host, he helped us with our luggages and gave us good informations for our stay. Breakfast was very good! and the choice was ok. The inconvenient was that the room was clim less! but we knew it. Bed are ok

More of a hotel. Very nice bathroom inside the rooms. Close to everything. AC!! Staff is nice. No kitchen tho but restaurants around have great food. Wifi should be upgraded.

If you arrive by car pull up in front of the hotel and ask reception where to park, they have limited garage parking for small cars as well as some other parking spaces in the open air car park above the hotel - there is a fee for both. Staff are very helpful and recommended some good places to eat.

Staff are so lovely and rooms are just like staying in a hotel!

Great hostel room. First time I stayed in one. Will recommend to others. Wifi was frustrating but they did their best to have it going. Also safes were not working either but they fixed them as well.

Great accommodations, location, & services. A 4 Star hotel at hostel prices. An amazing place!

This place is a hotel more than a hostel. The bathrooms are pristine and the staff are amazing! The beds are more hostel grade (bunk beds) and are a bit squeaky/old. The location is close to the main Corso and there are plenty of supermarkets and laundromats around, though there isn't a kitchen to prepare food (to be expected in a hotel). Would recommend for comfort!!

Best deal in town. This is a hostel room in a nice hotel. The staff is very kind...even helped me book train tickets to my next destination. Good location. Very clean. I enjoyed staying here.

this hostel is impressing, as it is more a (rebuilt) deluxe hotel than a hostel - at first I though I entered the wrong building... lots of US and English guests, very attentively staff, very clean facilities and own bathroom in every room. Only disadvantage: no self catering facilities and breakfast is billed separatly - but do you really need a kitchen in Naples area (the homeland of pizza!!!) where you can get the most world famous pizza starting at 3 Euros?
