I have stayed in everything from a Motel 6 to five star hotels - this hostel had the nicest and most helpful staff of any place I have ever stayed. Very professional, very well represented. I even slept through breakfast and the wait staff still put together a customized breakfast for my girlfriend and I. The staff also gave us all the help we needed arranging sightseeing during our stay.

You get a lot of bang for your buck. It's definitely a "deluxe" hostel. There were some minor deficiencies where the door would stick, the toilet seat was loose and moved around, the shower door was wobbly and the internet was slow but these weren't that big of a deal compared to how nice the rest of the hostel was and how good the price was for the area.

It's actually more like a hotel than a hostel but was comfortable and good value for Sorrento.

it is not like a hostel since there are no common service facilities: no common kitchen, only an iPad for public use, no free tea or coffee. Anyway, the staffs are kind. But, i guess the management team does not have hostel experience.

like other people said, it's more like a hotel (with reception stationed with staff in uniform etc) than a hostel so it's lack of character. Location-wise, it's a bit far from the pier and the train station. Wifi isn't available in rooms but only in common areas. But it's very clean and it's very good value for money overall.

This is a hotel - not a hostel. You get your own room with 3 other people. No other way to meet people as the common area outside the lobby never had anyone there.

Nice being in a hotel although it was a "hostel." All of the amenities of a hotel with a hostel price. Breakfast was fairly good for 7€. I definitely recommend this if you're looking for a cheap but nice place to stay when you explore the Amalfi Coast!

This hostel is like a hotel. It was a great deal. Although if you are looking to party this is not the place for you. I would even recommend this to my parents it's so nice. Location isn't bad either. 5 minute walk to the middle of town.

Quite a good price compared to other hotels in Sorrento but dont expect a hostel. Its a hotel with a huge entrance hall where you can't feel comfortable and rooms only at the ground floor. I paid for a 6-pers-dorm and got a 2-pers-room with a comfortable bathroom but with a window to the ventilation system of the buildung (?). It was OK for two nights but for al longer stay its not relaxed and social enough...

This is a hotel not a hostel. There are no common rooms or kitchen. The staff was helpful, the location excellent, very clean, my room was made every day and towel changed. However, the breakfast was not included (7 euros, ouch!); the wifi in the rooms is poor, it's good in the lobby. This is not a place to interact with other travelers. Ask to not be placed in rooms 100 nor 200, I was there and they are separated from the rest of the hotel by the kitchen and power generators which is noisy

This place is not a hostel but a hotel! They have some dormitory rooms. My room did not have a window! Breakfast is not included, you can buy it for 7€. The staff was friendly and helpful. Location is good, walking distance to Sorrento city center.

Very clean and nice hostel. Not much personality, like shared hotel rooms though! Good location just off of main street. Staff was helpful providing recommendations for food and activities.

This hostel was definitely more like a hotel- very clean, very good facilities, cleaning of the rooms once a day, and helpful concierge service. And for the cost it was absolutely of great value and more than I expected for the amount I paid! Definitely stay here!

Absolutely one of the best hostels I have visited. Of great value, you pay for a hostel but enjoy partly service of hotel.
