Staff are great, Kerry was very nice and accomodating. Rooms were clean. Great location, right on Venice beach. Kitchen was large and well equipped. good security too.
The common room is small and smoking is allowed which may be a downside if you dont smoke. There are only two showers per floor so you will have to wait in the morning. Lovely Scottish bar staff - heaps of fun. Overall Venice was an awesome place to stay in with friendly people around. Easier to get around by car though. The only negative point was the parking was on the street, and some of the parking metres didn't work, yet we still got a ticket. One of the best hostels I\'ve stayed at in 7 months of travelling. The staff are really helpful, especially Kerry - she\'s just plain awesome. I arrived a day later than I should of due to my flight being cancelled & when I arrived at the hostel my room was taken. Instead I was given a better room for the same price. After being in the air so long it was nice to be looked after upon arriving so thank you very muchOne of the best hostels I\'ve stayed at in 7 months of travelling.
