The staff excluding the weekend night manager was great. Nice guy but drank n got high and let the drunken tenants be loud in the common areas till 6am. The same druken tenants pulled the fire alarm at 5am. Security is also an issue. The front door doesn't always shut n the side door in the alley is always unlocked.

The hostel and its facilities are outstanding, and I could not complain about anything. Really great breakfast and nice kitchen and common area to hang out. The only advice I could give is maybe for staff to give a little more information on the city on arrival, for example giving maps and letting guests know of the great places to see/eat. Staff was more than happy to tell us when we arrived but I alway like it when hostel staff are enthusiastic about the city without us asking.

We enjoyed our stay in this hosel. We were upgraded from an 8 bed to a 4 bed at no extra cost. The kitchen, while small (only one burner) is functional and the dining area had a friendly atmosphere and we met lots of people. Our room was quite spacious, although the staircase up to the mezzanine sleeping level was very narrow and steep. Lockers were provided (sans lock) and there was good internet connection. This was an excellent hostel and we would stay there again.

My only complaint is that they need to write proper directions to this hostel. Everything else was really good.

Really enjoyed my time there. It was just for a night, but it is a really good hostel. There was two bathrooms in my room for 5 people. The kitchen was good and the staff atencious. Recommended.
