This hostel is not far from the bus terminal and ferry port. Please find the street ''Andrije Hebranga' and go straight along the road until you find a small address mark 'Padre Perice' Then, cross the road and go up stone steps in an alley (it is Padre Perice 8). Friendly and kind hostess and her family make you happy.
The place is really nice and the hosts are very helpful. The tips about the restaurants and places to go were great!
The host was utterly friendy. On the day of arrival she took the time to explain to us where to go, what to see, eat, do. She was very caring and since we stayed for a whole week she even gave us new towels and changed our bedsheets. She helped us booking daytrips... Would definately stay there again and can only highly recommend it!!
Everything is fine. A little bit far from center, still u can take a bus.
Milica, the lady who runs the hostel, is amazingly helpful, made us feel at home and was there to help with anything. It's always great when a guesthouse feels like it's being run because the owners really love doing so!
EXCELLENT STAFF, LOCATION,SECURITY,ATMOSPHERE,CLEANLINESS,GOOD PRICE, IS THE GREAT PLACE FOR VISIT DUBROSNIK.
Fantastic hostel. We stayed for 3 nights and would definately come back. The owner is very welcoming and helpful giving us juice, maps, bus timetables etc on arrival. Although the hostel was not very close to old town it was an ideal location for us. Very close to the port and bus station. Buses to old town were quick and regular but we mostly chose to walk as it wasn't too far. Room was really clean and comfortable.

great hostel, very clean but unfortunately no hot water - we stayed over night and had at least a couple of showers each! The owners had stayed up to let us in at 11.30pm - really impressed - made checking in much easier
a bit far from the center. coming from the bus terminal you can walk, to the old city it's better to go by bus. when we arrived we got a different room instead of the one we booked as the lady did mix up things with the name. it was no problem, as we got to pay the cheaper price for the other room for the first night. couldn't communicate in English with the lady as the actual apartment keeper seemde to be anywhere else.

The place is very nice and lies a little out of the center, is however well accessible by public buses. The host is extremely friendly and will help you with anything you need! Can only recommend!
First two nights we stayed in the room with the kitchen which was really nice, the bathroom was a bit old. The second room was smaller but nicer although it didnt have a kitchen. The Lady that runs it is very nice and told us everything we need to know about dubrovnik. The location is a bit far away and we ended up spending quite a lot of money on buses to get everywhere, This is probably the only thing stopping us from staying here again. overall we enjoyed it :)
The room was small, but serviceable due to the excellent air conditioner, the beds were comfortable top. The bathroom was dated, unclean and unventilated; but towels were provided. Make sure you read the room types carefully, this could catch you out and you might end up with no kitchen facilities. The host was lovely and very willing to help, she provided us with some great advice about the town and were to eat, and was very accommodating.
Marija was an excellent host and gave us a lovely overall explanation of the city and the old town. The location is a fifteen min walk from the bus but only because its uphill..house and town are accessible by bus..overall a lovely stay and highly recommended!
I was very pleased to stay at Vila Marija.

This place is perfect. Good location, a 10 min-walk to main bus staion which anyone can get to shuttle bus to and from Dubrovnik airport. Milica, the owner, is really kind and informative. She explained and recommended any places to go, and eat with no. of bus I can use in Dubrovnik. The room is spacy with a balcony. Bathroom and kitchen are also great. Wifi signal was good, too. Love to stay there again.
I definitely recommend this hostel. It's a family house transformed in a hostel. The owner is really polite and helpful. Dubrovnik is beautiful but there is no street names around, so we got a bit lost but the owner picked us up. The room is amazing, big, clean and you can see the sea. The kitchen is inside the room and he had a great time. The only downsize is that is not based in the city center, but you get there by bus in 5 minutes and walking around 20 minutes. Bus stop in front of the house
We (my boyfriend and I) loved our stay at villa Marija, the owner milica was so lovely and very help full, even being a 30 minute walk into old town that didn't bother us and we also got to explore lapad which is very nice.
The owner told us everything we needed to know about town, attractions, how to get around, about trips, costs, supermarkets etc. This was the best 'Welcome to...' talk every. We had a place to sit outside our room which was great. There was a strong mustiness in our room, it looked quite old. It was not the cleanest either. We had owner's old folks just behind a single door (their living room) so the was no privacy at all. Felt like they were sitting in our room with us.
Milica and her family is absolutely nice and helpful I really like the garden and the well-equipped kitchen she welcomed me with tea and biscuits to my friend and I which i found really warm and home-like she introduced me the town and arranged a tour for me to Mostar which is really useful

You have to know the bus numbers and the stop in order to get there. No kitchen is available. It is basically a spare en-suit of a family block in a residential area on the hill though it is not far to get to the old town by bus. The ladies are very nice and one of them explained how to get around and introduced interesting spots with very detailed info.
