Dubrovnik inside the walls B&B

Our house is located inside historical city walls of Dubrovnik. House have ensuite rooms with bunk and double beds, AC in all rooms and sharing kitchen on top with fridge and electric plate. House is in very quiet street, we insist on peace and quiet in house or near house. We taking care about cleanliness very much. In old town location is special, but do not expect big luxury (stone houses are 500y.o., not big rooms, no big space, but very special atmosphere), we recommend this house to young people:). Parking is serious problem, i recommend to leave car in public garage, cost is 40eur daily ticket and its not far. There are cheaper parking, about 20min by foot far away. Free parking is very hard and about 20min far away.

All rooms are ensuite; rooms with 2, 3 or 4 beds. All rooms are air-conditioned. Kitchen (common room) have fridge, cooking facilities and big table for all, working from 8.00 - 22.00. After check out its possible to leave bags in house for free. Linen are included, towels too. City tax included.

Please note:

Cancellation policy: 48h before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.

Check in from 14:00 to 22:00 .
If we are not in house, we will leave you the keys and code for opening the house main door, please confirm arrival time.

Check out before 10:00 .
After this time you can leave bags for free with us.

CASH PAYING. We can trie to take card (our contract accept only VISA, MASTER big banks) and there is +3.5% commission on price. If card is not accepted, paying is CASH ONLY.

Breakfast NOT included.

Our house is in very peaceful street. All guests need to be quiet (no singing, dancing etc.) from 10pm-8am in house or near main entrance. Thanx!
