Ana was excellent. She was very helpful yet unobtrusive. She made great recommendations and even helped us with car rental and a taxi the morning we left. She was very friendly and personable. The room was immaculate and gorgeous. We loved our little patio! The shared kitchen and free drinking water was also a plus. Only 2 blocks to the supermarket and an easy stroll into town. Loved it!
