Everyone was so nice! Our room was very cold, but they offered us a heater and extra blankets.

Although it stated on the website that internet access and free wifi was available, it was not and caused a problem for our stay.

The location is perfect in the centre of the city. Also rooms are nice enough. I only have a comment about the staff; they were all nice and helpful but it would help a lot if they would understand english better. Also the breakfast was really poor.
