It is a bit far from the beach you will need a taxi or a scooter to get there but it is a bit dangerous by scooter kuta is a lot more of a loud city then places such as Ubud so make sure you are a experienced rider.

I booked 2 nights. After first night I had to change room (cos some renovation work), which was not that pleasant. I had to check out 10.30 and had new room 14.00. Annoying. My first room was really nice, second one was not as good. Ac was just above bed and toilet stinked. Staff was friendly and nice. Hostel was clean and safe with big pool and decent breaky. Far enough from noisy Kuta.

A bit from the center of Kuta, but didn't take that long to walk. Nice pool area and the breakfast was good. Friendly and helpful staff. Only bad thing was that our bathroom was smelling a bit like drain and mold

Warung is quite good, only problem was the drinking table was right next to my room so i got maybe 2h sleep. But the place is quite good..

Had a good stay at Warung Coco, the staff were very friendly and smiley, breakfast was good (a variety of choices), and the pool area was a great place to relax and socialise. Lots of fun people staying. A bit of a slog to the beach/shops, but not too bad. One word of warning- the complex is huge and stretches out into the lanes behind. There are several buildings and ours was a good two minute walk down a lane to the pool/breakfast/reception. So if you want a poolside room, specify!

It's great value for money. Breakfast is just a couple slices of bread with a small egg and some tea/coffee, but it gets your day started. The staff is very friendly and will do their best to help you out and make your stay as nice as possible. They are happy to help you on your way with hikes or daytrips. Great place to meet people!

I liked that it was quiet and far from the madness of Kuta, but you had to walk a bit to get to any restaurants. Very cheap to get my own room and the pool was great! 24 hour reception was helpful when I needed to get a cab to the airport very early in the morning.

Warung Coco is almost a resort, but in hostel style. Valueble meals, sandwiches and drinks. You will find a lot of backpackers to go out with. It is close to clubs and bars in Kuta, but you won't hear any noise. Also easy walk to the beach. I had a great experience!

The staff were very good. Told me where to go and spoke a good level of English. Plus they would give you tips on what and where to go. Only thing was just the toilet seat in my room kept moving about. Ha

This place is a gem! Only a few minutes walk from Legian but in a lovely quiet location. The pool is great with plenty of sun beds and the food is good and the beer is cheap. Only negative I can think of is the wifi can sometimes be a bit dodgy.

Good value and has a super nice pool area for hanging out and making friends. They also serve OK food at the pool. Breakfast is pretty good. Some of the rooms are quite far from the main part of the area (100m or so). Also make sure you use the lockers in the reception area as I heard rumors of break ins.

Loved laying by the pool and having free breakfast and water all day. From what I saw of friend's accommodations this was the best bang for your buck. My room was kinda far back and the hostel in general is a good 10 mins from the main strip, but I would stay here again!

The staff here are fantastic always willing to help. For the cost the facilities are really good, great rooms with A/C a pool and breakfast included. Not far from the centre of Kuta but far enough that you can get a good nights sleep. I would recommend staying here.

Great place to stay! Nice big rooms with a/c. Internet worked in the rooms. And the pool area is good. 10 mins walk to the main street of Lyra, and 15-20 mins to the beach. Great breakfast (choice of juice, coffee, tea, pancakes, omlette and fried noodles) Great value for money. Would definitely stay there again!!

It's a good place to stay a couple of nights. Some rooms are pretty far from the lobby so the security over there is not so good! Overall it's a good place for the price.
