Thank you for waiting to pick us up as the bus delayed the arrival time for almost 2 hours. The room was spacious and clean. However, the motorbike rental of USD 10 is a bit overcharged. The staff on duty at night was not friendly to any of us. As the hotel located deep inside an alley, we all get lost in finding the way back to hotel. Overall, it was a pleasant stay :)

Great bargain. When you get breakfast, juice on arrival and a nicely turned out room you can complain. It looks like they had some DIY decorating but it's good by Vietnam standards. Nice staff and nice breakfast. Yes it's a bit hard to find first off but once you know where you are it is easy to get around.

The hotel is down an alleyway but once you find it, it's a great location as it's a short walk to the sites. The owner was very helpful as I was getting a suitcase sent to me that I left in Hanoi, and he was able to help with the logistics of getting my back in HoiAn.

Decent place in Hue. The room was really big but we couldnt get hot water in the showers at night. Not too bad though. The staff was really great. They serve Vietnamese sandwiches for breakfast!! (Thank you for something else than eggs! ;) And you get loads of ginger tea while using their computers :) I recommend it!

Pros. Close to the Open Tour bus stop. Excellent service. The room we had was good with a quality mattress. Close to all restaurants and the visit to the Royal Palace in walking distance. Contras. The hotel has 5 floors but no elevator. The hotel is situated in a narrow street, surrounded by several youth bars where very loud music is played from 07:00 in the morning until 23:00 at night. Although we liked the hotel and the staff, after 3 nights we had to decide to leave to get some sleep.

The rooms are large and spacious air conditioned cleared daily and the hotel also offer a wonderful breakfast and laundry service , located only few minutes walk away from lovely restaurant and shop . Location good although down a darkish alleyway in the evening. Service was OK although it was the hard sell on the tours the minute you stepped in (it was tough getting away and getting to the room when you've just arrived from a night train!). If like us you decline the tour packages it became apparent the level of service and friendly manner disappeared. And do not take anything from the room fridge. To compensate not buying tours they hugely overcharged! Not the best we've stayed in.
