This place was pretty cool. Decent location, nice staff, and the necessities are covered. Seemed a bit pricey, though I don't have a good sense of comparison against other places in Singapore.

Overall worth the money, but the guy at the front desk was probably the laziest person on earth and wasn't helpful at all. The girl instead was super helpful!

Really nice hostel, loved it! Pods were so comfortable, quiet and everything was perfectly clean. Free WiFi works well and laptops to use internet for free. Very good breakfast and friendly and helpful staff. Atmosphere was great. Location in the centre of Chinatown, next to MRT station or some metres to walk to the singapore river. Definitely would stay there again.

The staff are really friendly and very helpful. The location is spot on as your really close to a mrt (which will get you everywhere) and the great streets of pagoda and temple. It's also close to several key tourist attractions like the Hindi Sri Mariamman Temple, the Buddha tooth museum and Masjid (mosque) Jamae. Food is also very easy to come by and anything else you will need can either be provided by Wink. Or they will point you in the right direction.

There was only one bathroom on a different floor to my room, and the laptops with free internert didn't work on the days that I was there because they were in the process of changing the password. That said, it was very clean and comfortable, and generally quiet too - a nice place to stay.

We appreciated their flexibility to swap our reservation for a mixed dorm to a double bed dorm which was cheaper for us. It is great to get breakfast in the morning which was totally enough and good. Highly recommended! Thank you for a memorable stay in Singapore!

Great hostel for those seeking budget but private accomodation. Sleeping pods are comfortable and quite private, although the green strip lighting that came on in mine was possibly a little too green (so much so that when it went out I saw pink for the next 5 mins). Breakfast is basic but well provisioned and the staff are really friendly and helpful. Other travellers tend to be polite and respectful but keep to themselves, there wasn't the super social atmosphere found in many hostels.

Independent top bunks could use a railing. The bed is at least 2.5 meter off the ground at that height a fall can be fatal.

Very new and clean, very secure, the staff were always very helpful. Atmosphere-wise, people are friendly, but it's not a party hostel. The pod beds are a nice touch - you can have your light on and not disturb others in the same room (although a curtain for privacy would be nice). I stayed there during Chinese New Year - it's right near the night markets and the main celebrations, but is just far enough away so the noise isn't a problem. Close to the MRT as well. Will definitely stay again.

The idea is Realy good! As I think its the best conception for hostel. Good location, stuff. It isn't cheap, but cost it. Definitely recommended for travelers looking just comfortable place to have a rest. and it isn't the best place to make new friends.

Really appreciated the free WiFi; the swipe card system for doors and lockers; air conditioning; and general cleanliness. Improvements: 1) More, cooler airconditioning would be appreciated. 2) There doesn't seem to be a hot water tap in the kitchen. 3) Getting in/out of the top bunk-beds is a little difficult and would be an issue for people with mobility concerns. 4) There were a lot of people coming/going from the bedroom late at night (passed midnight). I don't know how you can improve this.

Cozy, safe place! Good breakfast, although you should include soy milk for lactose-intolerant / vegan folks. Although it would be great to have bathrooms on both floors. And they shouldn't be placed adjacent to the kitchen/common areas.

I really enjoyed my stay here. It's a bit pricey but it's still enjoyable. I would stay here again. I like the idea of having my own pod.

Staff are friendly and efficient! Once I found my reading lamp is broken, the second day the fix the lamp. Good location, good view, relaxing atmosphere, clean. Just a bit high price and not good wifi reception.

Wink hostel is a comfortable place to stay near bus stops and a subway station. The staff were fantastic - very friendly and helpful. The hostel itself was nice - clean bathrooms (hot showers!), a few public rooms (kitchen, balcony, public use computers, etc) and a complimentary breakfast is available (fresh fruit, cereal, bread as well as juice and milk). The pod was comfy but my dorm mates were anything but quiet (one skyped loudly well past midnight) so ear plugs might be advised.

Really nice experience, very practical solutions (like the keycard that puts the light on to your own cubicle, when you enter the room)

I'm not your typical backpacker. I've never stayed in a hostel but this place is great. My main concern was security but I guess this is pretty high end stuff. The lockers can fit a full huge suitcase and more. The staff are helpful and chatty. The place is well kept and clean. Lovely ambience and mature setting. If you want a peaceful place it's great. Not really a rowdy drink all night type of place. Perfect for grown sensible travellers.
