If your into a rustic, weed smoking, hippy hostel then this place is for you. It wasn't for me! I was mostly uncomfortable with the amount of drugs being smoked. Also they were not friendly at all. The most anyone spoke to me was when they forgot I didn't pay for laundry service and I mentioned it during check out.

the room was ok, but the toilets and showers were not clean

good in general. Toilets badly designed, and got really smelly

Awesome place. I loved it. The rooms were pretty Private just being planks of wood as wall dividers. You can hear EVERYTHING, whether in the hall, the room next door or down stairs. This is also probably because of the fact the the walls don't reach to the ceiling. Didn't bother me and if it doesn't bother you then stay here. Fantastic food, clean bed, ok bathrooms, close to the beach. laid back atmosphere and friendly staff. If you don't need privacy, this is your place.

Nice place, great atmosphere. The water is actually brown, but it wasn't better anywhere else on otres beach.

Great place to stay with a well stocked and inviting bar with friendly staff. We stayed in a private bungalow which had a lot of character. Definitely recommended.

I absolutely loved this place. I stayed longer because this place, the staff and the location were so amazing. I stayed in the dorm, mosquito nets and a big locker are provided. Bed was pretty comfy! Johnny and Az... You guys are awesome. Ive probably stayed in over 100 hostels/guesthouses over the last 10 years and this is one of my faves.I would recommend this place to anyone.

Pretty chill atmosphere and REALLY good ribs. Right across the street from Otres beach, which is a WAY nicer place to hang out than the main beach. Koh Rong island is the place to go for paradise though. Overall a find stay. We were in the private bungalow and didn't see the dorms upstairs.

Although I had booked 10 nights the idiots gave my room away. Don't stay here the owners and staff are unethical, arrogant, rude and unhelpful. Pls there are much beter places actually on the beach that have friendly honest staff.

One of the best place I visited during my trip in South East Asia. I was just sad that we only booked that place for one night. I would have definitely stay there longer.

This place has a really great atmosphere. I really enjoyed my stay and the friendly staff really made all of the difference.

Great place for singles, no bungalos available so we had upstairs shack room.. Could be super fun depending on mood, bathrooms (brown water) and constant music were biggest turn off (for 30 something couple). Very friendly, very slow...

Went for 2 days, stayed for a week. It was fabulous. I was treated so well and it was absolutely beautiful.

This has just entered my personal top list of hostels ever! Everything is perfect and seems to fit: staff, atmosphere, design, food, music, dog and little cat. Everyone working here is amazing. Very rarely do you meet a team so kind, helpful and friendly. I felt ill while I was here, but I couldn't have been in a better spot than here with my temporary family. Just love this place and left with pain in my heart, but with a hug and all smiles as an awsome memory. Thanks guys, you are the best!!

Beach shack feel, the inside walls are rough planks. Great staff. Really like the friend noodles. I'm really not a beach person, so not well equiped to judge the place. But as beaches go, Otres beach is probably one of the better ones.

Great moments here. Nice atmosphere and nice people, always smiling and helpfull. My advice is to go there, no doupt.

Wonderfull place! We felt at home away from home... You guys set up an amazing place! The food was great, but could be a bit quicker to serve, but I guess it was because it was a new kitchen staff.
